We coined the name Jailbreaker in 2010. It started off as only a sandwich, then that sandwich exploded in popularity. As time went on, locals ask us to build it on chips and baked potatoes. So we did! Others have attempted to copy the name, as well as the flavors. But nothing has matched this iconic menu item! Fresh fried chips, pulled pork, crispy bacon, house made BBQ sauce and ranch.

We don't know if people order these for the pickles or for the homemade ranch that you dip them in. But it really doesn't matter because you get both! We also hand bread them to order with Gluten Free Ingredients! It is cooked in a shared fryer.

We sell a ton of these things. They look like cute little chicken nuggets, but they absolutely aren't chicken!

Most of us at Smokey Bear's grew up eating at home, a favorite Aunt & Uncle, or Grandma's house more often than not. Fried Green Tomatoes goes with Appalachia people the same way peanut butter goes with jelly. It an all time favorite that's always hand breaded.

BLT's have been in our lives so long, and they work for every meal, early or late! Our take on a BLT is on Texas Toast, toasted on the griddle, with plenty of Bacon. We think its best with Tater Tots, but you can get it with whatever you want!

Another classic around here! We slice up our own bologna and grill it up, slap it on some toasted bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, & cheese if you want it. It's a southern classic that's been around longer than any of us can remember.

We took two of the best sandwiches and made one better sandwich! A BLT with some fried bologna on it!

If we have to tell you what this is then you have been doing life all wrong. But I will say it's better with bacon. Everything is better with bacon!

What can I say about a Tater Tot that you don't already know? I will say this, we took them off the menu once and we got death threats if we didn't bring them back!

Made fresh daily just the way the owner's Aunt Jo Jo made it for him as a kid. We love it!

Mac & Cheese has been on menus in the south since long before any of us was born. We have seen folks pour on on their burgers, pork sandwiches, and taters! We don't care how you eat it as long as we don't have to mop when you leave!

Almost all restaurants buy their potato salad out of a carton, but that doesn't fly here. We came up with this recipe after weeks of going back and forth between mayo based and a mustard base. We found the perfect balance! Let us know what you think!

A local icon! Everyone that grew up around southeast Kentucky was raised with these potato chips in their house. Lots of folks put them directly on their sandwiches, and they aren't wrong for doing it either. Our favorite way to eat them is with Fried Bologna! They are 100% naturally Gluten Free too.
