Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966. Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. 8% Belgian Tripel

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma, the complex flavor of which improves across the years. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note. 9% Belgian Strong Dark Ale It is ideally served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).

The allusion to pink elephants and the choice of names is not due to chance. With a particular character, the unique taste results from triple fermentation and the use of three different yeast strains. Sweet, biscuit malt backbone, supported by pleasant warmth and spice, finishes well rounded, floral, and dry. Color and Sight: Pale blond, the fine and regular sparkle creates a nice, stable foam head. Scent: Slightly malty, heavy touch of alcohol, spicy. Taste: A good shot of alcohol ignites in the mouth, as it were, which really warms the tongue and palate. The taste is also characterized by its roundness. The finish is strong, long and dry bitter 8.5% Belgian Strong Golden Ale

For this Druif, we macerated Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) grapes from Harth+Harth, a biodynamic, Demeter-certified natural wine maker from Rheinhessen, Germany. Maceration took over nine months before being blended and bottled. We used over 60% of old lambik, rendering the weighted average age of this blend to over 28 months on the moment of bottling. The final fruit intensity of this blend is 425 grams of Pinot Noir grapes per litre of Druif, that is 320 grams in this bottle. Half of the cereals used to brew the original seven lambikken were sourced in Pajottenland. 8.5% Belgian Lambic

3 Fonteinen Hommage is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries and raspberries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of 760 to 800 grams of raspberries and 200 to 240 grams of sour cherries per litre of lambic. This fruit lambic is then blended again with more lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit. Hommage is a bodied raspberry lambic beer, with an intense deep red forest fruit bouquet. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added - 6%

3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months, in a proportion of one kilogram of fruit per litre of lambic. The kriek lambic is then blended again with more young lambic to obtain a minimum intensity of 35% fruit, and is bottled immediately afterwards. These bottles are then stored in our cellars for at least five months so that the kriek lambic can develop into a beautiful, traditional, and refined Oude Kriek. With a pleasant tartness and organic notes of almond and cinnamon as it warms in the glass, 3 Fonteinen Oude Kriek, will age perfectly but may lose some of the vibrant red colours and forest fruit aromas. This unfiltered and unpasteurised lambic is all-natural with no artificial juices, syrups, or sugars added. bottling date: 14/04/2020 Sherry barrel Geuze In the spring of 2019, we received a series of very old Oloroso, PX and Amontillado barrels through a local Jerez cooperage. The aromas were a mix of typical fine sherry notes and toasted, peated characteristics, which we have never experienced before. However, after a year of bottle conditioning – because of the higher peated aromas, albeit balanced – we decided to release this bottle not as a Zenne y Frontera, but as a peated geuze. This blend, like blend 61, comes mostly from Oloroso barrels. The weighted average age of this blend, upon its release, is almost three years old. The oldest lambik was brewed in April 2018.

bottling date 09/02/2023 For this small batch Pruim, we macerated Queen Victoria plums from a small Limbourg organic farm on an oak barrel, for six months. For macerating and blending, we used two-year and three-year old lambikken, rendering the weighted average age to more than 26 months. The fional fruit intensity is 323 grams of fruit per litre of Pruim. 80% of the cereals used for the brews were sourced in Pajottenland. 100% 3 Fonteinen. 6.4% Fruited Lambic

An exceptional 10.5% Belgian Quadruple. The particularly rich and complex taste palette and the full head are also found in the Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple. The sweet notes of caramel are, however, reserved for the Gulden Draak Classic. The new recipe based on 4 different malt varieties gives the Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple a deep golden amber color and a slightly fruity aroma. Together with the soft and slightly sweet taste, this provides a beautifully rounded bouquet with notes of dried fruit. Just like the other specialty beers from Brewery Van Steenberge, Gulden Draak 9000 Quadruple is a high fermentation beer with secondary fermentation. For the secondary fermentation use is made of a wine yeast that not only contributes to the unparalleled taste but also ensures a long-term shelf life with taste evolution

Deliciously juicy cherries and one-year-old lambic combine in this award-winning Lindemans Kriek. Due to the use of filtrate and pasteurisation, this kriek is sweeter and fruitier than Old Kriek Cuvée René, which undergoes a second fermentation process in the bottle. Thanks to its innovative flavour, it was a resounding success both here in Belgium as well as around the world. Nowadays, it is undoubtedly the reference kriek for consumers. 3.5% Fruited Lambic

Lindemans Peche Lambic is a Fruit Lambic that pours hazy golden with a light white head. Top fermentation with the wild airborne yeasts specific to Belgium's Senne region, and the addition of sliced peaches to the brew maturation process yield a tangy, softly carbonated ale with an ABV of 2.5%. The aroma and flavor of apples and sweet peaches dominates; the fruity esters, however, never overly sweet or cloying, are perfectly balanced by a soft and sour acidity. The finish is delicately tart and crisp. 2.5% Fruited Lambic

In Dante's Inferno, the Acheron river forms the border of Hell. At MHBC, Acheron is our deeply dark and ravishing imperial stout. Aged six months in whiskey barrels and unblended for maximum barrel flavor, this 12% abv stout will satiate your sinuous desires for something bold, burly, boozy, and barbarous. Acheron is brewed with black malts, black barley, chocolate malts, Crystal malts and oats. Its finished with brown sugar and Columbus hops to balance its leviathan body - 13.5%

The Orval’s brewery produces only one beer to sell, a beer with a high fermentation that continues in the bottle. It is 6.2% ABV. This beer is brewed exclusively from spring water, barley malt, hop cones, candy sugar, and yeast. The aroma and the fine taste are due more to the hop cones and the yeast than to the malt that is used. What’s special about Orval’s beer is that hops are added at two different stages of the production process. First, in the brewing room, a large quantity of very fine hops are added – this produces the famous bitter taste and is the reason why the beer keeps for a longer period of time. Later, in the storage cellars, hops are once again added. This is the so-called British “dry hopping,” which produces the delightful aroma that completely enraptures even the most carefully forewarned taster. 6.9% Belgian Brett Pale Ale

Originally called "Spécial," Rochefort 8 dates to the mid-1950s. The name comes from the original gravity in "Belgian degrees." Deep brown color; the flavor is vigorous and complex, with firm body to support the strength. The aroma has elusive notes of fresh fruit, spice, leather, and figs. 9.2% Belgian Strong Dark

Dominant impressions of latte coffee with powerful chocolate aromas in the nose. The alcohol esters are enveloped with hints of autumn wood, citrus zest (orange, lemon) and freshly baked biscuits. The initial taste is sweetly sinful. Beer and chocolate trapped into one single glass, a liquid milky draught with a backbone of bitter malt. The alcohol warms the throat and, in the finish, you will pick up traces of cloves, citrus, orange and mocha. The heaviest of the Rochefort beers, the 10 is a quadrupel style beer and can be recognized by its blue label. 11.3% Belgian Quad

Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Pumpkin Stout 12.5%

White, smooth, compact head with a pale amber color that denotes the beer's distinctive maltiness. A rich aroma with aromatic hops, spices, and the typical fruity bouquet of a Belgian fermentable. 8.5% Belgian Tripel

Was first brewed in 1934 and the recipe has not changed since 1956. It is made with pale candy sugar and has a very pale color produced from a mash of light pilsener malts. Styrian Goldings hops are used along with some German varieties and the classic Saaz pilsener hop. After a long secondary fermentation, the Tripel Westmalle is bottled with a dose of sugar and yeast. This beer holds up well in the bottle over time and seems to soften with age. 9.5% Belgian Tripel
