Swagyu, founded by Chef Steve Brown, is an American steakhouse dedicated to making certified Japanese A5 Wagyu accessible to everyone. Originating in Imperial Beach, San Diego, we started with our first butcher shop, which led to the creation of the iconic Swagyu Burger—a luxurious blend of 2/3 F1 American Wagyu and 1/3 Japanese A5 Wagyu, topped with creamy American cheese, housemade B&B pickles, and our signature secret sauce, all served on a potato brioche bun.
