Poutine for the People! Our feature poutine for June is Aussie Hot Chips! Created by Chef Rohani from Folk Detroit. Proceeds from each sale benefit Corktown Health. A Canadian take on Australian "hot chips", fries that are eaten with sour cream, chili sauce and gravy. This poutine features handcut fries, cheese curds, beef or mushroom gravy, sweet and spicy chili crema, fried shallots, and scallions.
