Our newest addition—The Coop by Hoopes is our cozy new patio café and farmstand, tucked into the old Yountville Elementary School next to the little league fields. It’s a space created for locals, by locals—born out of the incredible response to last year’s Yountville Farm Stand, where we shared the bounty of our regenerative farm and gardens at The Oasis. We realized there was a real need for a welcoming spot rooted in community. The Coop serves up fresh coffee, breakfast, and lunch alongside wine, beer, frosé, and seasonal bites made with ingredients straight from our gardens—think sun-ripened tomatoes, just-picked herbs, eggs from our hens, and fruit still warm from the vine. Swing by for a casual bite, a chat with a neighbor, or our daily happy hour from 3–6pm featuring half-priced wines by the glass.
