    The Hollow is a forest-to-table restaurant planted in the Vista District of Columbia, South Carolina. Our restaurant specializes in the traditions of rustic American cooking, highlighting proteins and vegetables harvested from the great American landscape. Our rotating seasonal menu is adorned with bison, duck, boar, and rabbit, as well as a selection of fish including, northern pike, rainbow trout and walleye salmon. Each dish is accompanied by a variety of seasonal vegetables, wild mushrooms, fresh fruit, and rich grains. A sprawling 30 foot canopy of a mighty tree embraces guests as they cozy up to the bar. Follow the epoxy river as it runs through the center of the bar top, featuring artificial fish throughout. Our private dining room is an immersive environment for an unforgettable experience with up to 40 comfortably seated guests.Our venue is the perfect space for your next birthday party, wedding rehearsal dinner, graduation party, company meeting, or presentation dinner.
