The Pink House Genoa, NV

Somewhat of an anomaly, a TRIPLE IPA, Doctor Lupulin is brewed with loads of hops but is not too bitter. A high ABV brew (11.3%) that is easy drinking without excessive alcohol heat. Imagine mango having a pleasant conversation with dank. ABV 11.3%, IBU 133

Alibi Ale Works is in North Lake Tahoe. This German style blond ale, has very light malt, Kolsch is famously proud of its German Ale Yeast that is accustomed to fermenting around 55 F that produces a clean, crisp, slightly fruity beer referred to as Kolsch!⁠ Uses a German derived hop called Hallertau Blanc which gives some mild bitterness and helps promote the slight fruit flavors. ABV 4.8% IBU med-low to med.

European-style pilsner known for its clean, crisp, and dry finish, with a subtle hop character and a malty backbone. A classic! Go with a cold Peroni or grab a bottle of Albariño and share with the paisanos at your table!

Hungry Hearts at the Genoa Bar serves the best Smash Burger in the Valley, but they're only open in the Summer, so we only do our (grilled) burger in the Winter. We grind our own beef, make our own pickled onions and garlic aioli for this one. Oh yeah and the fries...dont forget the fries.
