7.2% ABV, Formerly known as "Cold Pressed Hop Juice", this IPA has been fermented with a peachy, stone-fruit heavy yeast strain that complements the melon and candy-like notes of El Dorado hops. Citra and Azacca bring in a layer of tropical fruit and rounds out the citrusy character. Low bitterness and emphasis on flavor and aroma additions, along with high protein adjuncts like flaked oats give the mouthfeel a juicy texture.

4.8% ABV, This Pilsner is fully attenuated, hoppy with a refreshing mineral finish and notes of cracker, biscuit, and lemony bitterness.

5% ABV, Lager - Munich Dunkel. Up until the Second World War, dark beer was the predominant beer type in the Munich area. The hard water found in the region played a special role in producing this specialty. In his book “Beer International”, the world-renowned English beer writer, Michael Jackson, accurately describes the Ayinger “Altbairisch Dunkel” as: “A good example of its kind. Impenetrably dark with a golden-brown gleam when held up to the light, and with a warm aroma and malty taste, while summoning up coffee taste sensations on going down. It is brewed from five types of malt (two of which are torrified dark), and it is only lightly hopped.” It is produced using the traditional double fermentation process.

7.4% ABV, English Trappist Ale, Trappist beers tend to be named after the place in which the monastery is situated. We’ve called ours ‘Tynt Meadow’, to honour the link with the plot of land on which monastic life was refounded here in the Midlands almost two centuries ago. Being part of the great Trappist tradition, we’ve chosen to produce a strong dark ale, but one with a clearly English character. Tynt Meadow is mahogany-coloured, with a subtle, warm red hue, and a lasting beige head. Its aroma carries hints of dark chocolate, liquorice, and rich fruit flavours. The beer is full-bodied, gently balancing the taste of dark chocolate, pepper, and fig. It leaves a warm and dry finish on the palate.
