7% ABV, Southern Hemisphere hops are known for working some turbidity magic with expressive yeast strains, but Waimea might be the king. The haze factor is off the charts and the mouthfeel is downright lavish. It bursts with notes of pineapple, papaya, pulpy orange juice and apricot jam. Together we brewed up this sick Hazy Double and hit it with the whole shebang! 11.8% ABV, Over-the-top but surprisingly approachable, this twist on the classic style starts with several types of malted barley, rye, oats and wheat. Robust flavors of vanilla, espresso, whiskey, chocolate and roasted grain are balanced by hints of date and plum, with just enough hops to round it all out. Roughly one-third of the final blend is freshly brewed beer; the rest is aged for up to a year (or more!) in both first and second use whiskey casks

9.2% ABV, Breakside's take on this age-old idea veers into some uncharted territory by using BOURBON BARREL-AGED STOUT as the ‘black’ component. The ‘tan’ is made from young golden beer and some Bourbon barrel-aged Scottish ale. The 40/60 blend of aged and young beer pops with flavor, yet manages to stay easy drinking.

7.7% ABV, A lightly smoked coffee porter made with a touch of German beechwood smoked malt as well as high quality English malts to create a chocolaty, roasty, base beer. Then, add two pounds of Sightglass Colombian Finca Madrigal coffee per barrel for an intense but refined coffee character.

8.2% ABV, Dank Side of the Moon was originally a West Coast Double IPA that we brewed years ago. We have now reimagined it with plenty of haze and juiciness for our Week of Dankness. From deep within our hop stash we pulled out two of the dankest hops known to us: Ekuanot and Columbus which are both loaded with pine sap like flavors. On top of those we layered our most ganja- like Nelson and some incredible Citra Cryo for a long smooth toke of guava and tangerine essence

8.2% ABV, Hopped intensely with Mosaic and Simcoe in the boil for rich hop oil stickiness and double dry hopped with Nelson, Motueka, Mosaic and Centennial. Big bright fruity aromas from the Southern Hemisphere hops with a pine and stone fruit focused flavor. Praise these hops, I saw the dank!

12% ABV, Collaboration Hazy Quadrupel IPA hopped with Galaxy, Krush, Nectaron, Citra, Citra Cryo and Citra Dynaboost. What an absolute boat load of science going into this unit of an IPA.

7.1% ABV, Cellarmaker loves New Zealand Nelson Sauvin. It is by far our favorite hop. No other hop has such a wide range of aromas and flavors so it’s perfect for a single hop beer like this.

9% ABV, This authentic Trappist Belgian beer, whose tinge of fresh yeast is associated with a light rosy flowery touch, is particularly pleasant. Its aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accents the delightful sensations revealed by the odor, all revealing a light but agreeable caramelized note.

7% ABV, Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance.

The name honors this brewer’s affinity with literary arachnids – specifically Charlotte A. Cavatica, the eight-legged character from E.B. Whites’ Charlotte’s Web. With a masterful blend of Nectaron & YQH-1320 experimental hops, backed by a malt bill of pale 2-row, California-grown Yolo Gold Wheat and Clipper oats; Nectaron of the Gods IPA yields a beautiful golden hue, light to medium body, and lively crisp finish. Flavors of passion fruit, fresh peach, grapefruit, and pineapple are accompanied by tropical and stone fruit aromas - a true cornucopia of awesomeness. We're using a couple of our favorites....our hand selected lot of Nelson from Freestyle Farms and Nectaron while the 3rd hop, Manilita, is brand new to us! Manilita brings red grapefruit, gummy candy, and berry while the Nectaron brings some delicious stone fruit and the Nelson comes through with some bright citrus and tropical fruit qualities. It comes in a sessionable abv and crushes hard with tons of killer aroma and flavor

4.6% ABV, Donatelli is crisp and clean with a frothy carbonation and lightly dry hopped with Saphir hops, giving it beautiful highlights of white flowers and citrus with a crackery malt backbone. At 4.6% alc/vol, it's super refreshing and sessionable.

6% ABV, Smoothie-style sour with cherry, pineapple, cara cara orange, key lime, vanilla, and lactose. This thing is limited and delicious!

7.1% ABV, We've took our hand selected Citra and boosted it with some Citra DynaBoost and then paired it up with a couple of southern hemi bangers, Vic Secret and Motueka CGX. Flavors of gooseberry, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, and a slight aroma of diesel make this beer a kaleidoscope of flavors that hits just right next to a solid undertone of malt character.
