Salad Days Pet Nat is an insanely crushable blend of Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc & Colombard. Why Salad Days? Short answer, because it's flavors are green & fresh. Long answer, at just 9.9% abv, some days, you just need a salad after a weekend of pork stuff, potatoes, pizza & Petite Sirah (or is that just me?). Salad Days is super bright & fresh - on the nose it's all about crisp pear, green apple, lemon & green herbs - the palate is light & refreshing with a soft kiss of Pet Nat bubbles. As a point of reference, if you enjoy bright white wines with lively acidity & some verve, and you trust us - you are going to love this. It's the perfect breakfast, brunch, lunch, aperitif wine.$25.00

BTL ToGO Cortese, Idlewild, CA
Idlewild has a relatively concise aim within a broad context: to produce wines of exceptional balance and beauty. It is a journey to pursue Italy’s Piedmont in the elevated hills of Mendocino and Sonoma Counties, and to find the sides of these varieties that are intriguing, delicious, and haunting. Each wine is unique and treated as such, though the common thread is balancing depth and seriousness with vibrancy and joy. Emphasis is on the vineyard followed by minimalist winemaking techniques. While not dogmatic in practice, an honest and sustainable approach is fundamental in making wines of purity This wine is a balance of texture in a lithe and demure format. The elevage in large Slovenien oak Botti retained great freshness while also framing the wine beautifully. Lemon balm, chamomile, sage, orange peel, straw, and white tea are highlights of the aromas. The mouth feel is saline and viscous followed by driving acidity and firm phenolic power.only 372 cases produced.$29.00
BTL ToGo FALANGHINA, GIORNATA 'ORANGO TANGO', CA
Paso Robles, CA Our Orangotango is made from white wine grapes fermented on skins in fermenters for 14-21 days. The wine is gently filtered by cross-flow for stabilty and polish. Only native yeast is used with no nutrient addition. The wine is bottled with around 20 parts free SO2. 50% Falanghina, 14% Vermentino, 12% Trebbiano, 10% Fiano, 9% Barbera, 5% Ribolla Gialla Orangotango is a wine that defies expectation. Technically an "orange" wine, it is a blend of several white varieties that were fermented on their skins. Unlike most orange wines, this lot was filtered prior to bottling, giving the consumer something that is decidedly more approachable than most in the genre tend to be.$30.00
BTL ToGo Fiano, Unico Zelo 'Alluvium', AUS
Riverland, Australia, Husband + wife team dedicated to sustainability The nose gives stewed oranges and peach preserves with a slightly leesy warmth, one of those really intriguing aromas that holds your attention, showing a bit of toasted fennel seed, a bit of toasted chickpea or papadam, just drawing you in like a tractor beam, making you wish you could turn this into a perfume you could simply wear. On the palate we are met with a more leesy, less fruity Finao than the equally delicious Jade & Jasper, the acidity more textured, the flavours rolling over the palate in waves of apple, peach skin, red plum, more savoury and thoughtful, giving a finish of lemongrass and sesame seed. Stunning. 2020 - 94 points, Decanter. Fermentation: 24 hours skin contact. Stainless. Ageing: Matured eight months on the lees.$35.00
BTL ToGo Gamay, Lapierre 'Raisins Gaulois', FR
Dry, light-bodied red; deliberately fresh and fruit-driven, with the high-yield approach producing lower alcohol and a lively, quaffable character; the short carbonic maceration extracts red fruit aromatics and a soft tannic structure without weight or extraction; built for immediate drinking, ideally served with a slight chill 100% Gamay from young vines within the Morgon cru, Villié-Morgon, Beaujolais; decomposed acidic granite soils that produce low-mineral, aromatic fruit; organic farming since 1981 and biodynamic practices under Mathieu and Camille Lapierre; hand-harvested and meticulously sorted at optimal ripeness. Bright, translucent ruby with violet highlights. The nose is fresh and expressive, with red cherry, raspberry, fresh grape, violet, and a light peppery note. On the palate, light-bodied with juicy red fruit, lively acidity, soft tannins, and a clean, thirst quenching finish with a faint mineral thread.$32.00
BTL ToGo Garnatxa Negra, Espelt, SP
Catalonia, Spain / Organic/Bio From Anna Espelt's granite-soiled Catalunya vineyard surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea on three sides, this is Garnacha with layers and a satisfyingly chunky feel. The dark red fruit and fresh herb/garrigue complexity are delivered with stunning transparency. Wild strawberry and sour cherry notes linger nicely on the crunchy finish. As Vinous says in the 91 point review, "Ripe and rich, the slightly rough tannins sculpted by the season contribute to a compact, herbal finish—a sun-born red."$29.00

This Rosé is all your poolside hopes and dreams. Bright watermelon and strawberry acidity rolls off the palate while tart cranberry crudo pops in the mouth. BTL ToGo Pinot Noir, Le Machin, CA
The nose opens with cherry, raspberry, clove and a kiss of oak. The palate is light to moderate in weight with bing cherry, raspberry, black cherries, and a just there balanced oak note. Pale & wildly aromatic, with flinty minerality usually reserved for Burgundy. It's a California wine that speaks with a French accent. Le Machin is a new project by Mike Roth of Lo-Fi wines. Roth continues to stay true to his roots with minimal intervention and a gentle approach to fruit and extraction. He had a chance to work with CCOF organic Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Santa Rita Hills. Mike scooped up the fruit, and Le Machin was born. 100% Organically grown grapes, no added Sulfur. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Production: 775 cases$33.00

BTL ToGo SAUV. BLANC, LIWA, CA
Sonoma, CA / If crisp and reticent at first opening, this young Sauvignon Blanc quickly proves impressively varietal and elegantly balanced. The nose unveils fruit-centric aromas of melon and papaya, counterpointed by spice notes of white pepper, cilantro and lemon grass. Those fruit notes dominate on the palate as well, although a suggestion of fresh parsley joins the herbal spice panorama. The whole package carries through a lingering, notably food-worthy finish. With airing the wine grows progressively more pretty and should grow in dimension for at least another year or so. 2000 cases produced.$27.00
BTL ToGo SER Sparkling Riesling

Red wine Carbonic maceration Respectful agriculture. Artuke 2025 is a young red wine from Rioja, juicy and unabashedly fruity, akin to a basket of freshly picked sour cherries with a floral hint of heather. On the nose, it is vibrant and aromatic, with a playful touch reminiscent of bubblegum and fine sweets, yet retaining its freshness. On the palate, it feels velvety, very easy to enjoy, with almost imperceptible tannins and ripe fruit that imparts a sweet and pleasant sensation. A modern, pure, and charming red, perfect for when you crave something light, straightforward, and joyful.$30.00

BTL ToGo TAWNY RESERVA 2015
Epordouro 'Solar dos Dragos' Tawny Reserva Port 2015 represents a continuation of winemaking tradition in the world's oldest demarcated wine region. Founded in 1998 by brothers Manuel Luís and Hermínio Morais, Epordouro revived their family's ancestral commitment to viticulture in Cima-Corgo, the prestigious sub-region of Douro Valley. The winery takes its name from a 15th-century manor house—once home to the noble Dragos family of vintners—whose historic ruins still stand in Cabêda. This Tawny Reserva exemplifies the art of Port production, where distilled grape spirit is carefully added to wine base, halting fermentation and creating the fortified character that defines the category. Six to seven years of French oak aging has developed remarkable complexity and refinement. The blend showcases four of Port's five principal varieties: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, and Touriga Franca—each contributing distinct character to the final expression. The result is a wine$42.00
