Sweet Plantain, Pork, Caramelized Onion, Cantimpalo, Swiss, and Garlic Aioli. This is Tinta y Café’s best seller. A layer of caramelized onion is topped with sliced cantimpalo, then a layer of roasted pork, 3 fried plantains, sliced swiss cheese and garlic aioli.

House made Falafel, Hummus, Avocado, Cucumber, Tomato, Red Onion, and Arugula, Garlic Aioli. This is a new sandwich and sold exclusively at Tin Tin! Vegetarian that can be made Vegan with the omission of the garlic aioli. Romaine Hearts, Arugula, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion, Green Beans Smoked Bacon, Hard Boiled Egg, Sazón Completa Ranch Dressing. Large formatted salad, ideal for sharing or as an appetizer between 2 or more guests. Pieces of romaine hearts, and arugula are the base of the dish, which is then topped with cherry tomatoes cut in half, thinly sliced red onion, blanched green beans, diced pieces of cooked smoked bacon, one hard boiled egg cut into 4 pieces. The salad is served with a side of Sazón Completa Ranch dressing. Can be complemented with a grilled piece of chicken breast or a grilled piece of grilled steak for an additional price.

Romaine Hearts, Radicchio, Grana Padano Cheese, Yogurt César Dressing. Another large formatted salad, also great for sharing or as an appetizer between 2 or more guests. Pieces of romaine hearts, and radicchio are tossed in our Yogurt César dressing (contains yogurt, anchovies, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, grana padano cheese). The salad is then garnished with our Sazon Completa Bread crumbs and lemon zest and topped with finely grated grana padano cheese. Can be complemented with a grilled piece of chicken breast or a grilled piece of grilled steak for an additional price.

Beef and Chorizo Patty, Caramelized Onions, Garlic Aioli, Manchego Cheese, Arugula, Tomato. 6 oz patty of ground beef and chorizo grilled until cooked through served in a brioche bun that is toasted with butter, and dressed with caramelized onions, roasted garlic aioli, arugula and tomatoes, the patty is topped with manchego cheese, and there is also crispy papitas inside the bun. It is served with 6 oz French fries This is our version of a typical Frita Cubana

Macerated Fruit, Vermont Maple Syrup. 3 pieces of a French toast sandwich made with brioche bread, whipped cream cheese and guava. The French toast is dipped in a batter made with eggs, sugar, cream, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. The 3 pieces are served with the macerated berries in sugar and tarragon, and a small side of 100% Vermont Maple Syrup.

Tempura Yellowtail Snapper, Michelada Aioli, Red Cabbage Slaw, Sullivan Brioche. Yellowtail snapper is breaded in a tempura batter and fried until crispy then we toast brioche bun in butter and garnish the sandwich with a michelada aioli and a slaw made with red and white cabbage
