Chef -Driven Restaurant inspired by Interior Mexican cuisine. The restaurant was named in honor of Sarah’s Castillo mother, Christina Castillo nicknamed Tinie, who taught she knows about heart, hospitality and hard work. Growing up, Sarah watched her mom turn simple meals into moments of connection. Today, Tinies honors that legacy with dishes inspired by authentic Mexican recipes & craft cocktails. Every detail is touched by the influence of a mother whose love shaped a Chef, a leader, and a restaurant concept grounded in tradition and truth.
