**Helles Lager - 5% ABV** Pouring a beautifully striking bright gold color with a creamy white head, Central Artery displays a wonderfully vibrant nose balancing malty aromas of freshly baked, flour dusted rolls and lightly toasted barley with a gentle noble hop profile of dried wildflowers. Cleanly fermented, the palate follows the nose closely with pleasantly sweet notes of kneaded biscuit dough and bread crust. Refreshing and quenchable with a light rounded body, fully reserved level of bitterness and soft, drying finish, Central Artery proudly honors this classic Bavarian style as the signature house lager of our own beer garden.

**Berliner Weisse with Mango & Pineapple - 4.2% abv** Presenting a sunny light orange color with moderate haze, Daily Serving: Mango & Pineapple is relentless in its tropical approach. Mouth-watering aromas of dried mango peel, overripe pineapple, and lychee gummies are apparent as soon as the can is cracked. Medium-bodied, with balanced sweetness, this rendition of Daily Serving conjures beachside memories with each sip.

**Berliner Weisse with Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry & Cranberry - 4.0% abv** Brewed with a luscious blend of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, and cranberries, this edition pours a gorgeous ruby red. Massive jammy aromatics abound, offering mouthwatering notes of raspberry sorbet, blackberry preserves, and strawberry candies with bouncy acidity from the addition of cranberries. Finishing medium-bodied and slightly sweet with a refreshing tartness.

**Lager Aged in Oak Foeders - 5.5%** Foeder Lager pours a glimmering straw color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of whole grain biscuity bread crust and a touch of satisfying malt character hit the nose. **IPA with Citra Hops - 6.6% abv** Our signature American pale ale balances light, crisp, malt character with an abundance of hop-derived aromatics and flavors from the use of Citra and Columbus. The fragrant nose is fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and peach. Bold flavors of pineapple and mango mix with dank notes of zesty citrus and fresh pine needles. With the smooth mouthfeel, gentle bitterness, and dry finish, Fort Point is our standard daily-drinker.

**Irish Stout - 5.2% abv** Roasty. Comforting. Dry. Sessionable. We set out to brew an endlessly drinkable Irish Stout with malt complexity typically reserved for beers with much higher ABVs. An array of roasted and specialty grain is woven together to offer nuance and personality with each sip. Presenting a deep black color with a fluffy, coffee-soaked head, our Irish Stout offers an intricate aroma with welcomed familiarity. Rich milk chocolate, dark roast coffee, toasted biscuit, and subtle caramel all make appearances throughout the glass. Roast-forward, with a welcomed, mildly bitter finish, this traditional offering is one that we're delighted to present to you. **LIMIT (6) 4-PACKS PER PERSON**

**Pale Ale with Mosaic and CItra Hops - 5.7% abv** A new fermentation profile lends juicier notes and a soft mouthfeel. Hazy golden in appearance with a medium body, this refreshing pale ale bursts with aromatics of mango, orange, melon, and a hoppy dankness. Featuring Mosaic/Citra in the dry hop and a crisp Pilsner malt backbone, Launch Beer exhibits graceful flavors of orange, a light lime character, hints of melon, and slight pithiness.

**Summer Lager with Lime - 4.5% abv**

**Double IPA with Citra and Amarillo Hops - 8.4% abv** In the spirit of tenacity and camaraderie, Mettle was first created to highlight the milestone of our inaugural year as a brewery. With the intense dry-hop duo of Amarillo and Citra, this medium-bodied Double IPA beckons with aromatics of pineapple, mango, orange, and a hoppy dankness. A fusion of orange, melon, light pineapple, and a subtle pithiness round out the palate with a smooth, pillowy mouthfeel. We continue to brew Mettle in recognition of our devoted following of hopheads that have supported us from the very beginning.

**Double IPA with Raw Wildflower Honey - 8.5% abv** Juicy, candied peach and nectarine up front backed up with a nuanced white wine on the nose that continues straight through in the flavor profile. Pillowy soft mouthfeel, with a restrained bitterness on the finish.

**Pilsner - 4.7% abv** Our traditional Pilsner is the result of a continued, iterative focus on lager brewing. This fine-tuned, German-influenced recipe features classic lager yeast, a grain bill of primarily Bohemian floor-malted pilsner malt, plus Hallertau Magnum and Saaz hops and extended lagering in our horizontal tanks.Pilsner pours a glimmering straw color with a fluffy white head. Aromas of whole grain bread crust and a touch of satisfying malt character hit the nose. These flavors follow on the palate, with a balanced sweetness and subtle, noble hop bite. A crisp finish keeps this medium bodied beer refreshing and easy to drink.

**West Coast-Style IPA with Citra & Mosaic Hops - 7% abv**

**Double IPA - 9% abv** Presenting a densely hazy deep straw yellow, Really Big Bird wastes no time in offering its bouquet of fruit-forward aromatics. Beginning on the citrus side of the spectrum, we're first greeted with pungent notes of pithy orange, candied grapefruit, and lemon cello. As the glass warms, a tropical character presents itself in the form of a pineapple and papaya smoothie. Earthy undertones, centered around a piney bitterness create a wonderful balance atop a creamy, full-bodied mouthfeel. We're going to need a bigger nest!

**IPA with Citra & El Dorado Hops - 7% abv** El Dorado, Citra, and Columbus hops create an aromatic blast of juicy mango, pineapple, and lemon candies. Pineapple, sweet orange and pink grapefruit flesh follow on a medium bodied palate that finishes with a soft, mild to moderate bitterness.

**Hard Seltzer with Lime - 4% abv** Fresh is best, and nothing compares to the zesty refreshing flavor of real lime. Tart in the best way, with a clean, crisp finish. What's not to love?

**Pale Lager with American Noble Citra Hops - 4.2% abv** A simple and clean malt structure consisting mostly of Valley 2-Row Pilsner Malt contributes a biscuity, cereal grain undertone. The use of American Noble Citra and locally-grown Crystal hops from Four Star Farms layer aromas of orange citrus, ripe summer melon, and grapefruit rind. Beautifully bright straw yellow, with a pillowy white head, Compass is light-bodied, with scrubby carbonation and a highly refreshing finish. **LIMIT (6) 4-PACKS PER PERSON**

**Berliner Weisse with Raspberry - 7% abv** For Twice the Daily Serving, we've amplified the mouthfeel, fruit addition, and ABV to achieve our most expressive and luscious fruit beer to date. Brewed with an outlandish amount of raspberries, this beer pours a gorgeous deep ruby red color. Lively aromas of homemade jam, juicy raspberry, and mixed berry fruit leather delight the palate. It finishes full-bodied, slightly sweet, and remarkably drinkable.

**Boston Stout - 5% abv** We offer a new view of our signature, Boston Stout from Underneath The Secret Stairs. Lighter in body and ABV, but distinctively bold and balanced in profile, this little sibling firmly stands up to the original. A complex malt bill provides a nutty, roasty backdrop to accentuate flavors of cocoa nibs, espresso beans, and baked toffee. Smooth in mouthfeel with a drying finish, Underneath the Secret Stairs highlights the unique physical connection between Summer Street and A Street in our home neighborhood of Fort Point.

As the glass warms, the beer's complexity is unveiled, with oak, sweet bourbon, and brownie batter contributing secondary tones. **Open Fermented Saison - 7% abv** Pouring a bright straw yellow with a touch of haze, lively carbonation, and beautifully rocky head, Saison du Row is elegant in its appearance. The bouquet of aromas is nuanced, featuring notes of white pepper, clove, lemonade, and a touch of fresh-baled hay. On the palate, we're greeted with secondary notes of black tea, bubblegum, and a gentle floral character. Pleasantly dry, with a cleansing carbonation and gentle bitterness, Saison du Row is built for sipping alongside fresh seafood.

**New England Saison - 6.4% abv**

**American Wild Ale Aged on Sour Cherries in Oak Barrels - 11% abv** For this iteration of our Belgian Dark Strong Ale, we used oak barrels to mature the beer with the main fermentation duties being carried out by our native New England mixed microbe culture. An opaque ruby-brown with mahogany lining, Sour Cherry Wild Sinister Kid emits a deep, formidable nose displaying rich aromas of fresh pie crust, muddled cherry, cinnamon sticks, vanilla bean and fig with a touch of bourbon and cedar. Complex notes of date and light raisin build upon the flavors laid out by the nose with hints of toasted walnuts and caramel apples. Finishing dry with a light to medium body, this dark sour ale was re-fermented with 1.5 pounds of sour cherries per gallon resulting in an enhanced layer of delicate tartness.
