**Pale Ale with Citra Hops - 6.6% abv** Our signature American pale ale balances light, crisp, malt character with an abundance of hop-derived aromatics and flavors from the use of Citra and Columbus. The fragrant nose is fresh citrus, tropical fruit, and peach. Bold flavors of pineapple and mango mix with dank notes of zesty citrus and fresh pine needles. **IPA with Mosaic Hops - 7.2% abv** This popular edition in our “Street” series of India Pale Ales spotlights the remarkably complex Mosaic hop. Melcher Street is hazy, pale orange in appearance and emits aromatic qualities of grapefruit, mild-earthy pine, and mango on the nose. Dank flavors of pine and green hop, along with juicy notes of tropical fruit, melon, and peach, are accentuated with crisp malt character, mild bitterness, and a soft, effervescent mouthfeel.

**IPA with Galaxy and Citra Hops - 7% abv** Pouring a rich, golden yellow with a warm and inviting haze, Arnold Arboretum's Citra/Galaxy hop bill offers an array of citrus-meets-stone fruit aromas that we know and love. Navel orange peel, sweet canned peach, apricot nectar, and pineapple gummies weave in and out throughout each sip. Never leaning too hard in the direction of sweetness or bitterness, Arnold Arboretum boasts a soft mouthfeel and medium body.

Medium-bodied, lightly sweet, and incredibly soft, Daily Serving: Mango & Passion Fruit is a vivid drinking experience throughout the entire glass.

**Berliner Weisse with Passion Fruit, Orange Peel & Guava - 4.5% abv** Brewed with passion fruit, orange peel, and guava, this Daily Serving presents light amber in the glass. Waves of tropical notes wash across the palate, with candied passion fruit, guava nectar, juicy mango, and fresh-zested orange peel as the highlights. Satisfyingly balanced, with just the right level of sweetness and acidity, the mouthfeel is soft and coating, as you've come to expect from this series.

Accents of pine, resinous hop, and a clean bitterness reveal themselves on a smooth, dry finish.

**Italian Pilsner - 5.3% abv** Italian Pilsner results from our continued, iterative focus on lager brewing. Inspired by the modern development of Tipopils by Agostino Arioli, founder of Birrificio Italiano in Como, Italy, our version features classic lager yeast, a Pilsner malt backbone, and dry-hop treatment of Sterling. After extended conditioning in our horizontal tanks, Italian Pilsner pours a striking straw yellow with slight haze, unleashing a beautiful aromatic bouquet of doughy malt alongside bright citrus and grassy hop character. **Imperial Boston Stout - 9.1% abv** Pouring a deep, pitch black hue with subtle ruby highlights and a khaki head, Super Secret Stairs offers a bold and enticing nose with aromas of rich, Mexican hot chocolate, cinnamon-brown sugar, and freshly brewed coffee. Waves of melted milk chocolate wash over the palate underlined by notes of ground hazelnuts, vanilla cream and chewy molasses cookies. With a nourishing, medium-to-full mouthfeel and light bitterness, Super Secret Stairs is balanced with a faintly smokey, drying roast that makes for a cozy, mouthwatering sip.

**IPA with Strata and Citra Hops - 6.8% abv** Pouring a hazy, orange juice-colored golden yellow, Trailside is a fine-tuned take on the classic citrus-meets-tropical Trillium profile. Keeping an eye toward new possibilities with Strata, while retaining the core elements of what works best in Citra, the aroma is a stunning display of smile-inducing hop saturation. Fresh-peeled clementine, tangelo, and candied Meyer lemon notes are complemented by overripe pineapple, mango nectar, and fuzzy peach. Its juice-forward, no doubt; but an underlying ruby red grapefruit bitterness keeps us reaching back for more. **American Stout with Vanilla & Cold Brewed Coffee - 10.1% abv** Vanilla PM Dawn presents an opaque black with brown head and lacing. On the nose, an inviting freshly, roasted dark coffee aroma draws you in as highlights of Madagascar vanilla and burnt sugar syrup entice the palate. The flavor profile displays vanilla lattes, pot de crème, dried red fruit, molasses, and bitter baking chocolate. **Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Coconut, Cacao, Vanilla & Milk Sugar - 12% abv** Barrel-Aged German Chocolate Cake Doughnut pours a thick, pitch black with an espresso-colored foam cap. The aroma is rich and layered, offering confectionery notes of creamy chocolate, thick vanilla frosting, and toasted coconut upfront. As the glass warms, the beer's complexity is unveiled, with oak, sweet bourbon, and brownie batter contributing secondary tones. The body is viscous, providing structure for the huge flavor profile, moderate alcohol warmth, and welcomed sweetness.

**American Wild Ale - 7% abv** Bees is an American Wild Ale crafted with a grist bill that highlights locally-malted Triticale, Wheat, and C-60 from our friends at Valley Malt. Aged for six weeks in stainless on local raw wildflower honey and our native New England mixed culture, Bees was then transferred to the bottle where it further conditioned for many months. A beautiful display of local agriculture and native yeast, Bees presents a brilliant straw yellow with a visible effervescence. The nose is delightful, offering a mingling array of aromas ranging from Meyer lemon and white grapefruit to earthy lemongrass and a floral honey character. An ode to the tiny, buzzing pollinators that contribute so much to New England's ecology, Bees finishes pleasantly dry with a well-balanced acidity.

**Wild Ale Aged on Cabernet Sauvignon Grape and Black Currants in Oak Barrels - 11.4% abv** Cuvée de Tetreault 2019 pours a deep ruby brown with regal garnet highlights and a pillowy, easily roused blush colored head. Bringing the glass to the nose, Cuvée de Tétreault expresses rich aromas of toasted oak and vanilla bean alongside a powerful bouquet of earthy black currant and blackberry preserves. The palate unfolds with each sip as bold, red wine and tones of smooth fig, dried cranberry, sour cherry, and plum meld with a touch of peppery tobacco spice and woodsy hops. An underlying soft, fleeting roast and lush tannic structure tame the fruitiness and acidity of the beer while a refined barrel character adds complexity and elegance.
