Falcon Smash IPA
Our ever faithful house IPA born from both the necessity of what we had to work with, and what we had to do. An all-time staff favorite, our little pils makes a return in cans and on draft. As if gorgeously pale lager couldn’t possibly get any more approachable or enjoyable, here it is. Easy on the ABV, but heavy on the heart, this one leans into the Saphir hop varietal. We notice white floral blossom, ciabatta bread, fresh cut grass, raw clover honey like malt depth, and a cleansing minerality. Baby Falcon IPA
We notice impressions of tropical citrus, bright mandarin orange juice, and hints of melon rind and floral crushed lime laced dankness. Entirely drinkable for the day, and equally forgettable as it is impactful.$14.50
Hatchling IPA
Our beloved Citra and Mosaic based alternate house IPA gets its own baby variant. Brewed with the same framework as the fully grown-up version, but with a much more sessionable ABV at 4.5%. We notice orange sherbet, guava, slight dankness, melon, and un-ripened orange hop character with a plush and fuller mouthfeel that belies the ABV. We can say for certain, that our production team was so preoccupied with whether or not they could brew this beer, that they didn't stop to think if they should… ultimately we’re glad they went for it.$14.50Falcon Smash IPA

West Coast Clever Girl IPA
Our alternate flagship IPA, if we had more than one, takes shape as a gorgeous West Coast IPA. Brewed with the same grist and dry hop schedule, but with the focus on adjusting our water chemistry, kettle hopping, and the use of our favorite clean American Ale yeast, we wanted this one clean, bright, and crisp. We weren’t kidding when we said more of this style was headed your way from us, and given the response to these beers, they’re now here to stay.
