Our newest small batch light rum plays off the the soft yet full bodied flavors of premium Puerto Rican rums. Produced from 100% sugar cane and twice distilled in our hand made all copper pot still. The gentle aromas and flavors of bamboo and fresh cane blends with slightly sweet notes of rock candy. Clean and bright, without a lingering finish. It's the perfect blend of flavor with a touch of bite to make the kind of rum you could sip all day.
