Cinder | $13.00 |
Our yearly German style smoked lager makes a return in cans. Brewed with a serious amount of German Beechwood smoked malt, Munich and Vienna malts, and fermented with our preferred lager strain to set the stage for all the malt depth we can possibly get. Intentionally attenuated to a slightly sweeter finishing gravity, all in effort to aid in balancing out the often-perceived drying effect of smoked malt. We taste slightly savory dark smoke like campfire tones leveled off by sweeter toffee, roasted chestnut, and dried fruit character. Side note - we used to offer these beers in smaller 7bbl draft batches and hope to hell they’d eventually kick before we felt they got long enough in the tooth to dump. Luckily, and thanks to you all, that never happened, and the batch sizes have increased.. without a doubt, there’s just something about them. 5% ABV and available for onsite pours and $13.00 per 6pk 12oz cans at all locations.
Clever Girl IPA | $15.00 |
Clever Girl IPA, our incredibly light bodied, soft and dry American IPA with impressions of tropical citrus, and hints of blueberry and orange blossoms. Hopped generously with Citra and Mosaic hops. This beer just never lets any of us down. 6% ABV
Heartfelt IPA | $14.00 |
This one has a backstory and previous batches, including at least one 40bbl batch we dumped that somehow, never fully congealed into what we’ve we held so deep within our hearts.. as it were. As much all that hurt, the 16oz can before you is our interpretation of a modern yet still mid-coast American IPA featuring 100% hand selected Centennial hops in both the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hopping. As cryptic as that may or may not be, the 16oz can before you is our interpretation of an American IPA featuring 100% hand selected Centennial hops in both the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hopping. We taste trix cereal like fruit impressions of sticky pine sap, orange oil, orange blossom water, with an overall herbal and fruit forward hop bitterness - all of which get pulled together a classically clean ester profile derived from the use of our favorite American Ale strain. |

Strata Triangles IPA | $0.00 |
A newer triangles approaches… Strata has long since held our attention since our exposure to it a few years back. The hop once known as X-331, is the progeny of an open-pollinated Perle located in an Oregon State experimental field at Corvallis. It apparently rose to esteem rather quickly for both its complex bright fruit character, excellent disease resistance and other positive growing attributes. As an ideal candidate for the three-sided treatment, we took our standard triangles grist and loaded it with said Strata at our elevated kettle and dry hopping rate. The resultant, single hop liquid has us noticing brighter mango, orange creamsicle, dole like canned pineapple juice, with a delicately herbal sweet basil character to balance the whole thing out. 6% ABV
Pathway Pils | $0.00 |
rPathway makes its return, bolstered by a grist of 100% Epiphany Modern Pilsner Malt from our friends down in North Carolina. As always, this one is single decocted, providing an extra layer of slightly toasty, bready malt complexity and lagered extensively for that roundness and refinement we look for. This German inspired Pilsner is pulled together by our house lager strain, providing notes of lavender to accompany flavor characteristics of lemon, hay, and honey, for the ultimate dry and softer bodied yet firmly bitter Pilsner. There is, and always will be, something special about a simple beer made from equally simple ingredients that will forever captivate us. If we had to choose a house lager, this one just might be it. 5% ABV |
