Located in “The Quiet Corner” of Putnam, Connecticut, The Broken Crust is quaintly located between Cargill Waterfall, The Bradley Playhouse, and the antique marketplace district. The ambiance boasts of rich brick facades, handcrafted wooden tables, beautiful pendant lighting and chalkboard menus. Home to over 30 beers, 12 wines, handcrafted sandwiches, daily made soups, unique salads, bakery pizza and much, much, more. Leaving their personal touches throughout, they hand selected each beer, wine, and menu item, as well as paying particular care to hiring the best team members. A place where locally sourced products and homemade cooking come to life in a unique café setting. It was a dream come true for the Cozza and Martin families, to be able to share this journey opening this cozy boutique style restaurant.
