- Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza$15.00
Cup and Char Pepperoni, Hot Honey, Mozzarella, House Marinara
- X Anniversary BA Stout$21.00
Our 10th Anniversary Stout blend is here and back in bottles, where it belongs. This celebratory stout features a blend of three freshly dumped bourbon barrels. As is somewhat tradition at this point, we decided on two stout barrels, and one barley wine barrel blended in for added character. After many months of lying-in wait within the whiskey-soaked charred oak, our purpose-built barrel aged stout and barley wine was then conditioned in stainless for an extensive co-mingling session, with the intent of rounding out any of the sharper edges we often find in a younger blend. For all that effort, we taste notes of dark bitter cocoa, burnt brown sugar, tobacco, cherry cola coffee, leather, and mild roast oak and sweet spice. Deeply saturated with flavor, this one carries the weight of this last decade squarely on its shoulders. 12% ABV

TAKE OUT
CANS & BOTTLES
- Tiny Pils Pilsner$13.00
An all-time staff favorite, our little pils makes a return just in time for this ongoing incredible weather. As if gorgeously pale lager couldn’t possibly get any more approachable or enjoyable, here it is. Easy on the ABV, but heavy on the heart, this one leans heavily on the Saphir hop varietal, we notice white floral blossom, ciabatta bread, fresh cut grass, raw clover honey like malt depth, and a cleansing minerality. 3.8% ABV
- Bohem Czech Lager$13.00
Our take on this style, has gone through a serious amount of refinement by way of process, ingredient, and fermentation choices over the few years we’ve brewed it… and the information gained shows here stunningly, if we dare say so ourselves. Brewed with a serious focus on the process of triple decoction, whereby portions of what will become the sweet wort we send to the kettle, gets boiled on its own and returned to the main mash in smaller portions to raise the temperature of the overall mash, enhance the color of the finished beer, and to extract a deeper malt quality that while difficult to quantify, it simply cannot be denied. Fermented with our house Czech Lager strain, we taste notes of orange blossom honey, country loaf, deep malt character, and slightly floral noble hop spice.
- Element Golden Ale$13.00
Allowing for a reintroduction, we welcome Element back to our draft lines. This beer has always been about simplicity, drinkability, and an undeniable broader appeal. Based heavily on a storied and Champion UK pale beer that utilized American hops alongside classic British malts and yeast, we’ve been brewing some version of this beer since our opening day night on 10 years ago. Brewed with a simple grist of North American 2 Row and a smaller portion of Munich malt, hopped delicately in the whirpool with a fruit and citrus forward PNW hop blend, and finally fermented to a balanced profile of dry attenuation and lush stone fruit ester profile with our house UK ale strain. Also worth noting, is that this beer has been treated with an enzyme allowing us to offer the beer under the classification of GLUTEN REDUCED. We taste impressions of orange candy, lime zest, soft shortbread, and grapefruit pithy cleansing bitterness.
- Under The Thames Best Bitter$13.00
It feels a bit more than coincidental that so long ago, from all those past days of yore, someone important enough to name rivers on this continent, thought the one that courses through our city looked familiar enough to a certain UK river, not so subtlety named above we might add. Our second iteration of our first ever, brewed to style Best Bitter comes in for a second round. Brewed with 100% UK ingredients and a classic single infusion mash, including a hefty dose of not often seen in this brewhouse - decadent English Crystal Malts. Fermented with the strain that arguably embodies the pride of London better than any other, this beer represents our collective love for UK style beers. We find impressions of toffee, toasted bread crust, black tea, raspberry and pumpernickel bready tones. Like many of our beers, this example highlights our unrelenting pursuit of the complex, obtained by and with simplicity. 4.5% ABV
- Baby Falcon IPA$15.00
At 4.5% ABV, the baby of our beloved flagship Falcon Smash returns to cans today, and just in time more our 9th Anniversary. Even typing that out, it seems unconscionable that we’ve been quietly doing what we do and hoping it all plays out. So far so good, but we refuse to take your support for granted, and for that we’re continually appreciative. We notice impressions of tropical citrus, bright mandarin orange juice, and hints of melon rind and floral crushed lime laced dankness. Entirely drinkable for the day, and equally forgettable as it is impactful.
- Falcon Smash IPA$14.00
Our ever faithful house IPA born from both the necessity of what we had to work with, and what we had to do. Brewed with a softer grist of North American 2 Row and Malted Wheat, fermented with our expressive house ale yeast, and dry hopped with a focus on the Falconers Flight hop blend, this beer delivers on balanced hop and yeast character of brighter citrus, orange pine marmalade, and stone fruit cohesion.
- Tropical Falcon IPA$15.00
The base beer, as we’re certain you know by now if you’re reading this far, has always been about the balance of dank to bright, fruit to pine, and hop expression to overall balance. Variants like these allow us to lean into any one of Falcon’s characteristics. After various trials and evaluation, we decided that the still new school Sabro interacted most favorably with the other two varietals in the original beer, and provided the best tropical hop laden character. To that end, we notice impressions of tiki bar style pina colada, candied pineapple juice, ripe mandarin orange, and mango peach stone fruit softness. 7% ABV
- West Coast Falcon Smash IPA$15.00
It was only a matter of time before our ever-reliable house IPA received the “Out West” treatment. Brewed with the same North American 2 Row and Malted Wheat grist ratio, both kettle and dry hopped identically to the original, but fermented with the most classic of all American Ale strains for a much cleaner, crisper, and dryer bird of prey. To that end, we taste notes of crushed sweet orange, deep grapefruit rind, and sweet sticky pine resin. As we continue down the journey of these alternate takes on our mainstay beers, we find ourselves enthralled at how simple process and fermentation choices can alter the character of the finished beer, while still retaining the spirit of the original. 6% ABV
- Interstellar Burst DIPA$18.00
One of our earlier examples of what we could accomplish by combining hop varietals from both the Northern and Southern hemispheres makes its return today. For certain, the oil laden hop combination used in this beer lends a character in partnership with our house ale strain that feels uniquely Triple Crossing. Also worth noting, we’ve begun diving deeper than ever on not just how much of a given varietal we utilize in dry hopping, but when. Although such changes might put the “b” in subtle, the refinement of our heavily dry hopped beers continues anyway. Generously hopped with Galaxy, Citra and El Dorado, we find impressions of fruit cup, tropical cocktail, white grapefruit, dried papaya, naval orange, and a hint of herbaceous rosemary. Plush and creamy, with our signature and ever reliable super-soft finish. 8% ABV
- Mesa Table Beer$14.50
A simple table beer born out of the continued love for the uncomplicated. Brewed with just Pilsner and White Wheat, intensely whirpool hopped with only Hallertau, and fermented to bone dryness with our house mixed culture, the final piece of the puzzle was and always will be, patient bottle conditioning. All that said, we find bright sweet tarts, herbal noble hop, skunked out sprite, grapefruit rind, black licorice herbal and prickly carbonation derived solely from bottle conditioning. As for the conditioning, we took this one to elevated levels of carbonation for the ultimate in carbonic acid derived watery eyed first gulps. The real trick here though, is all of this delivered at the tiniest of ABV’s. 3.2%ABV
- Floraison Blue Label$15.00
A dual release, both under the banner of Floraison, find themselves ready for pouring. Both releases were blended from the same batch of oak-aged Saison, with both conditioning on Viognier pomace supplied by our good friends at Pollak Vineyards. Our blue labeled Floraison bottles sat atop pomace for 3 months in stainless, allowing those flavors to fully come together before bottling. While a much less involved process than its counterpart, we notice a beautifully balanced beer-wine hybrid with delicate tasting notes from the earthy, stemmy pomace. Additionally, we notice notes of funky blue cheese, white grape, chamomile, lime zest with flavors reminiscent of cream soda and sweet tart candies. ABV 7.4%
- Floarison Pink Label$15.00
Our pink labeled Floraison utilized a process called carbonic maceration often used in winemaking where, under an anerobic environment, fermentation can take place using the residual sugars found in the pomace. We sent about 30% of the pomace into stainless and purged the tank of oxygen, allowing the process to take place naturally, at its own pace. After about two weeks, we sent our carefully selected Saison blend over the pomace and let it condition for 3 months. On the nose we find funky cheese rind, stemmy pomace, and watermelon rind with notes of dry pear, dole fruit cups and dill with a low acidity and slight salinity. ABV 7.2%
- Off The Beaten Path: Yuzu$12.00
ntroducing our latest mixed fermentation offering, Off the Beaten Path with Yuzu. This batch, featuring Litehaus, our lightest and driest lager, was transferred into red wine barrels with our house mixed culture for 7 months. Once the final barrels of the blend were selected, it was transferred to stainless steel with 40# freshly zested and juiced yuzu fruit from our friends @yuzu_lemons (Bhumi Growers) where it conditioned for 3 months before being primed and bottled. The bottle conditioning, as it does, took roughly a full year to find the desired carbonation and cohesion we look for. This beer offers lower levels of acidity while displaying notes of grapefruit, citrus oils, cream soda, dried sage, lemon drop, and candy. Incredibly drinkable yet brightly interesting enough.
- Less Than Alone BA Imperial Stout$22.00
Our vanilla laden barrel aged imperial stout returns today. A blend of three Bourbon barrels, all holding purposely brewed stout designed not only to withstand the barrel aging process, but to thrive in the presence of the charred whiskey-soaked staves. After extended maturation in barrels, the blend was moved to stainless for further conditioning on a measured, yet ample amount of our proprietary in house processed Mexican vanilla beans for what we sought to be the ultimate expression of our favorite stout adjunct. As we continue down our often singular and focused approach to refine what we do, our attention to vanilla bean processing has evolved to showcase the depth of vanilla in a way we’re quite proud of. We notice impressions of chocolate, brownie batter, heavy vanilla smore, burnt brown sugar, cherry liqueur, swiss rolls, and finishing with earthy dark cacao tobacco and vanilla oak character. 12% ABV
Deeply saturated with flavor, this one carries the weight of this last decade squarely on its shoulders. 12% ABV
- Second Pressings$18.50
From aging our mixed fermentation beers in Red Wine barrels to using various varietals of grape pomace in our Floraison series, the Pollak crew has been a friend to the Triple Crossing team for almost our entire 10 years. In the fall of 2023, the Triple Crossing team visited our friends at Pollak Vineyards in Waynesboro, VA for a long-awaited collaboration. When Nick brought up the idea of collaborating on a wine produced and bottled at Pollak, we jumped at the opportunity. The resulting product is a wine loosely based on the piquette style of low alcohol, white wine made on second pressings of Viognier and Chardonnay grapes. Weighing in at 8.6% ABV, Second Pressings La Boisson displays impressions of honeydew melon, ripe strawberry, light musk, green tea and a specific Aqua perfume. This style, and specifically this wine, are purpose built for consumption on these 70 degree spring days with a side of sharp cheddar and brie, if we do say so ourselves.
