A collab with our friends at Cockeye BBQ, this Russian Imperial Stout features malted barley smoked in Cockeye's smokers over 12 hours for an off-the-bone hickory flavor. We infuse this big, bold, smoky beer with chipotle peppers to craft a complex stout with a fleeting late heat that we call West Side Heat.
Note: Cockeye does not include meat in their smokers when smoking our malt!
