80 proof - Roundstone Rye® is a very unique rye whisky, made completely from scratch at our distillery in Purcellville, Virginia. This pre-Prohibition style rye whisky is made from 100% rye grain, sourced locally when available. It is mashed, fermented, distilled and aged completely in our distillery, before bottling it at a very sippable 80 proof. Aged in new charred white oak casks for a period of around two years, the whisky is smooth, woody, with that full-bodied fruity-nutty grain flavor typical of a Virginia rye whisky. Roundstone Rye has a delicious woody taste, with notes of caramel, rich butter toffee, and just a hint of lemon in the nose.

80 proof - Maison Rouge VSOP is a deep mahogany cognac, with vanilla, tobacco and cedar hints from the aging process. Cinnamon and nutmeg mix with flavors traditionally associated with aged cognac such as rancio and candied dried fruit. On the palate, spices and dry fruit aromas embrace toasted bread notes and a spicy finish. The Hardy cognac house created Maison Rouge in tribute and remembrance to cognac's history. A barn with red tiles from Roumaziere used to cellar age Hardy’s cognacs on the way to Saintes, where it is rumored that a mysterious “Paradis” known only to family members harbored very old casks of eaux-de-vie of considerable concentration. To honor these vermilion roofs of famous reputation, Maison Rouge was created.
