A good beer takes its time. The long storage makes our yellow bright lager, “Original”, a flavourful beer enjoyed with fine pored, white foam. With a mild hoppy note and its pleasant fresh spicy taste, it goes very well with salads, poultry, stews or with a hearty snack. Brewed according to our centuries-old brewing tradition on the Weihenstephan hill.

- Pipeworks Cloud Formations
This gentle sour beer is dry hopped with a combo of Mosaic and Simcoe Hops. Together these hops are a one-way ticket to the tropics - lots of papaya, guava, and strawberry notes happening here. We kettle-soured the wort, until there's a zippy pop of acidity.

A Gose-style Sour Ale brewed with French grey sea salt, lemongrass, lime leaf and cardamom. Vibrant and punchy with huge lemon-lime aroma, followed by a gentle tartness and a touch of salinity on the finish. Incredibly refreshing and easy-going.
- Shortfuse Thin Skinned
This saison was brewed with malt from Troubadour Maltings and aged for a year in an Oak Foeder. Re-fermented with Pinot Noir must from Willamette Valley in Oregon. Notes of ripe berries and jam are the focal point for this wild saison.

A West Coast IPA brewed with a simplified grain bill of 2-row barley and carapils. Hop Topic uses El Dorado, Citra, Nelson Sauvin CGX (cryo), and Meridian CGX (cryo) to bring out a familiar West Coast bitter hop bite. Characteristics of passionfruit, guava, and white grape shine alongside the balanced bitterness of Hop Topic.

- Begyle Dicey Riley
Amber with a hint of burnt orange clear pour, cream colored head. Smell has sweet citrus and malts. Taste has the citrus lead with light hop bitters accenting the lush malts and mild yeast. Thinner yet malty, simple crusher for St. Patrick's day, but the brightness and crisp finish is really well done, pulling the style into modernity a bit more.
