Made entirely from Pinot Gris. 100% skin contact for about twenty four hours. After pressing, the juice was barreled down and fermented. When Chris went to top it after a month post-fermentation he noticed it had formed a skin so he left it and the cap kept getting thicker until about January. The cap then broke up in February and March. Aged 10 months in barrel.
