The location is in the beautiful Salnés Valley in Rías Baixas, close to the sea and a region known as the birthplace of Albariño. - Bottle ToGo Blaufrankisch, Kobal 'Roots', SL$62.00
Located in Posavje, Slovenia, the vineyards of Kobal are spread out over some of the finest wine-growing sites on the hills and slopes of the Bizeljsko-Sremic wine region. Kobal wines are produced from local grape varietals which are farmed in an environmentally-friendly manner. This 100% Blaufränkisch comes from the private family vineyards of Bojan Kobal. The wine is fermented with native yeasts, is unfiltered and given a low dose of sulfur right before bottling. This is a delightful, multi-layered and elegant expression of the Blaufränkisch grape, full of spicy dark fruit flavors, mouth-coating tannins and a refreshing acidity. The wine is aged in a combination of stainless steel tanks and used large oak barrels. It is unfiltered and spends an additional 6-8 months in the bottle to st
- Bottle ToGo Cabernet/Merlot, Carolina Gatti 'La bolla del fugazi', IT$44.00
Veneto, Italy Organic farming; clay-chalk soils with 20 year-old vines; made in the frizzante col fondo style, un-disgorged, bottled under crown cap with no added SO2; zero-zero; Like this unusual fizzy blend of the red grapes that grow well in this cool, wet region: Cab, Merlot and Raboso. Super dry and crunchy with wild berries and a dominant green, stemmy thing (hallmarks of Cab, Merlot + Raboso in the Veneto), this is the perfect guzzler for pizza or anything fatty -- the acid and fizz will cut right through the fat, and refresh the palate. Her outfit is a rustic farm in the boondocks of Italy's Veneto region, where she works the land herself, with no chemical inputs, and makes the wines with very little intervention. She’s pushing boundaries and making gutsy, unorthodox wines in a very conventional, by-the-books region.

- Bottle ToGo Chardonnay, Field Recordings 'Dry Hop', CA$42.00
Arroyo Seco, CA This Chardonnay is sourced 100% from the Arroyo Grande Valley and is harvested very early in order to retain high acidity. The wine is pressed and racked directly onto hops in a large stainless steel tank. The fermentation occurred naturally and lasted 15 days before being racked off of its lees. We reserved a small portion of the fermenting juice in a temperature-controlled tank, which was added back to the wine before bottling. No non-grape sugar was used to finish the fermentation in the bottle.
- Bottle ToGo Cinsault, Vinateros Bravos 'El Tunel', CH$62.00
Itata, Chile The 0.6-hectare vineyard El Tunel is made of 100% Cinsault planted in the 1959. With notes of red fruits and a slightly salty flavor, this wine reflects the unique symbiosis of this grape with Itata’s breezy coast and granite hillsides. Organic viticulture encourages this delicate wine to speak for itself and its natural surroundings. "The Cinsault reaches totally different levels on Granitic soils. This grape variety that makes simple wine elsewhere in the world here in Itata is the opossite. Intention, weight, red fruit and spices, and mineral end that lingers for a long time. The granitic soils expressing and showing off through the wine, Cinsault is here a translator of the Terroir. The steep hils, the granitic rock, and cold climate makes this complex wine, something to stop, feel and think in every sip. Drink slow."
- Bottle ToGo Colombard, Frantz Saumon 'Vin de Frantz', FR$49.00
Loire Valley, France VARIETAL Colombard TASTING NOTES Last year brought severe frost to the Loire region destroying many vineyards. Frantz Saumon lost 80% of his production but was able to source some organic fruit from his good friend in Sûd Ouest. His Vin de Frantz made of a 100% Colombard, a grape used for Cognac, is tangy and thirst quenching with Granny Smith apple, lemon grass and fresh mineral laden acidity. With these inviting flavors, anyone could be tempted with a glass and a plate of cheese, a hearty salad or a platter of shrimp.

- Bottle ToGo Garnacha Gris, Maximo Abete 'La Roya', SP$46.00
Navarra, Spain The wine Guerinda La Roya is deep straw with delicate golden reflections. Elegant and characterful nose, with a prominent citrus note highlighted by aromas of aromatic herbs, forest floor, fennel and hay. This Grey Grenache also shows some mineral and floral overtones. Crisp and linear, but not bone dry, this wine of Máximo Abete is rather intense and very elegant, with focus, freshness, and a rock-solid acidity. Ripe white fruit, remembrances of ginger, rosemary and lime, and some mineral hints. Long finish. Our personal opinion Faultless and seductive, Guerinda La Roya 2022 is excellent without food, and also accompanying oriental cuisine and pasta dishes.

- Bottle ToGo Ice Cider, Eden Cider 'Heirloom Blend', VT$44.00
Vermont. Ice Cider is a premium dessert style cider that makes a delicious ending to any meal! We’ve been making world class ice ciders here in far Northern Vermont since the harvest of 2007. It takes us anywhere from 1 – 3 years to produce an ice cider, and over 8lbs. of apples for one beautiful 375ml bottle! Delicious, with concentrated sweetness balanced by a backbone of acidity that keeps them from being cloying and makes you crave that next sip! Local and natural: Our ice ciders are produced from locally grown, fresh heirloom variety apples. The juice is naturally cold-concentrated outdoors in our cold Vermont winter weather. We use only yeast, organic yeast nutrient, and minimal sulfite additions – no enzymes, fining agents, color, sugar, or other flavorings or preservatives are used or added. (Note that apples are naturally gluten free)
- Bottle ToGo Lambrusco, Folicello 'Il Rosso', IT$38.00
Lambrusco is having a moment in the sun again--we think it's because of high quality, hand made wines like this one. Rather than using the modern method of fermenting the wine in pressurized tanks, they are relying on the ancestral method of fermenting in the bottle. Why does this make a difference? The yeast create the CO2 in one continuous fermentation and then remain in the bottle, where they continue to have an impact on the complexity of the wine. The result is a totally dry wine at a lower level of alcohol--in this case 10.5%.
- Bottle ToGo Limnio/Muscat, Garalis 'Roseus', GR$29.00
Lemnos, Greece. Roseus is a unique rosé from blending the main grape of Lemnos’ island, the floral Muscat of Alexandria, with the oldest referenced grape in the world and indigenous to the island’s volcanic soil, the spicy Limnio. Blend of Muscat of Alexandria with a touch of Limnio, with the use of prepared organic yeast, and minimal filtration. Intense tropical aromas with the added freshness and spiciness of the Limnio grape, and a crunchy, dry, and aromatic palate.
- Bottle ToGo Malbec, Adelante, ARG$42.00
Mendoza, Argentina As usual we were one of the first to pick in La Consulta. We do this to make a wine that retains freshness and acidity, allowing the spice in Malbec to express itself. Our goal is to achieve balance among all the elements along with richness to match with a wide range of foods: from meat to Mediterranean foods. The wine was pressed with natural malolactic fermentation completed in the tank. No SO2 was added until the malolactic fermentation was completed. Then 25% was aged in new French oak, 25% in old French oak, with the rest in tank to preserve freshness. Malbec is known for its dark color and concentrated character. Our 2021 Adelante Malbec impresses with its concentration while maintaining freshness and balance. It has weight at entry, a round middle, mature tannins with a persistent long finish.
- Bottle ToGo Monastrell Blend, Azimut, SP$38.00
In the heart of Penedès, in Catalonia, lies the iconic estate of Cellers de Can Suriol, presided over by Assís Suriol and his family. This historic estate, with roots reaching back to the 1600s, has experienced the roller-coaster of history—from vineyard devastation by phylloxera to rebirth and rejuvenation. As stewards of the land, the Suriol family adopted organic vineyard practices in the 1990s, receiving official certification in 1996. Elevating their commitment, Assís introduced biodynamic practices, maintaining a harmonious relationship with nature. Azimut Cava Rosé Brut Nature is a sparkling testimony to this dedication. Crafted from a blend of regional grapes, this Rosé Cava is vivid with hues of deep summer sunsets. Each sip reveals tantalizing notes of ripe strawberries, fresh rose petals, and a hint of zesty citrus.
- Bottle ToGo Parellada, Succes Vinicola, SP$42.00
This winemaking tale happens in the small appellation of Conca de Barbera, located just a stone’s throw from the Atlantic Ocean in the region of Catalunya. A couple that was brought together by their love of wine. Mariona and Albert take part in all the work together. The wines are made in a natural manner, which is progressively becoming more and more of a focus in The New Spain. Paralleda is one of those varieties that is only grown in a specific place, and that would be in Catalonia, Spain. The grape is known for its tart green apple flavors and for its production in Cava.
- Bottle ToGo Picpoul Blend, Broc Cellars 'Love White', CA$46.00
Tasting Notes: Kaffir lime & orange peel on the nose. Key lime, grapefruit, honey blossom & sea salt on the palate. This is one of the more interesting and complex Love Whites yet. It’s evolved over the years from a Rhône blend of Marsanne and Roussanne and this is the first year we’ve added Orange Muscat to the mix. California is one of the few places Orange Muscat is grown and it is often made in a sweeter style wine. For us, we love the beautiful aromatics and charming texture it brings to the wine. Picpoul from Windmill Vineyard is more substantially featured this year, which brings a new brightness to the blend that makes it hard to put down the glass. All white grapes receive a light footstomp on arrival at the winery. It’s an important step for two reasons: We like the complexity the short skin contact gives the wine
- Bottle ToGo Pinot Noir, Joyce Vineyards, CA$50.00
Monterey, CA Aromas of cheery, strawberry-rhubarb pie, sage, and roses. The palate follows through with bright high toned cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, cranberry, and rose water. This flagship Pinot Noir is a pure representation of the coastal terroir in Monterey County. The name "Submarine Canyon" is a reference to the deep underwater canyon located in the Monterey Bay. This deep sea canyon provides the ideal marine climate for growing premium Pinot Noir grapes throughout the Salinas Valley. The fruit was harvested from vineyards adjacent to our estate winery in the Arroyo Seco AVA. This AVA is recognized as having the longest growing season in California. Strong daily winds that bring cool fog from the Monterey Bay force the grapes to spend more time on the vine building flavor and complexity. Extremely rocky well-drained alluvial soils are the base for creating wines processing freshness & minerality.
- Bottle ToGo Semillon, Chat. Barouillet 'Splash', FR$42.00
South-West, France Located 50 km east from Saint-Émilion, the Barouillet family has been growing grapes for at least 8 generations in Pécharment, Monbazillac and Bergerac. Vincent Alexis, who joined his father in 2010, converted the vineyards to organic and is about to obtain the biodynamic certification. This splashy Pét-Nat is made from 50 year old Sémillon vines grown in clay and limestone soils. It is light in alcohol (only 9%!), fragrant, lively and richly textured on the palate. This bubbly has notes of lemon and lime, fresh apple and a touch of cut grass. Plenty of fizz!
- BOttle ToGo Syrah Blend, Domaine Rimbert, FR$46.00
- Bottle ToGo Tempranillo, Bodegas Vizar, SP$38.00
Castilla y León, Spain Deep cherry red in colour, with intense violet rims. It surprises on the nose with aromas of recently fermented grapes. The ensemble is intense and very fruity, with primary notes of Tempranillo at its most natural, blackberry, liquorice and lactic.
- Bottle ToGo Vermentino Blend, Giornata, CA$42.00
Paso Robles, CA Giornata is an exciting project from husband and wife Brian and Stephanie Terrizzi (of Broadside Vineyards fame), working with Italian varietals in California’s Paso Robles AVA. A blend of the southern Italian grape Falanghina with the universally recognized Pinot Grigio, this wine is at once true to its Italian roots and also its Paso upbringing. The nose showcases a tropical blend of papaya, mango, and kiwi. The palate is slick and weighty courtesy of the Falanghina, with lift lended by the PG in the blend. Il Campo Bianco finishes with another burst of tropical fruit, powerful and unadorned with oak.
- Bottle ToGo Zinfandel, Uphold 'For the people', CA$36.00

- Bottle ToGo Zinfandel/Barbera, Queen of the Sierra, CA$50.00
Producer: Forlorn Hope Region: Sierra Foothilla AVA - Calaveras County, CA Country: USA Varietals: Zinfandel, Barbera, Tempranillo, Graciano, Cabernet Sauvignon, Trousseau In Brief Full Body, Enticing Raspberry Compote, Rhubarb, Light Cocoa Look no further than this wine if you like fruit forward, fresh reds with a bit of structure. Perfect for summer, this wine is made of Barbera, Trousseau Noir, Tempranillo, Graciano and Cabernet Sauvignon grown on schist soil over limestone. Dynamic and fun, this wine has great tension with its forward fruit, supple tannins and lively acidity. All grapes were handpicked, pressed and fermented seperately due to differing pick dates. They then were blended together in the following winter and left to age in neutral oak barriques for two years until they were bottled unfiltered. Forlorn Hope believes in minimalist intervention in the winery, only ever adding minimal SO2 when required.
- Bottle ToGo Albarino, Thee & Thou, CA$46.00
Thee And Thou winery, located in North Yuba County, California was formed by John Donaghue, a former skyscraper engineer who discovered his passion for winemaking while working alongside Gideon Beinstock of Clos Saron. Using low-intervention procedures, neutral wood, and natural fermentations, John has developed his talents through years of hands-on experience to create distinct and expressive wines. His never-ending search for unique terroirs has taken him to other locations like as Lodi, where he continues to make rich, balanced, and age-worthy wines. The Terra Alta vineyard in Lodi's Clements Hills area produces Thee And Thou's Albariño. The grapes for this lovely white wine are harvested early in the morning, followed by foot-stomping and skin maceration for around five days before pressing. Following fermentation, the wine is aged in neutral French oak
