Since 2005, Blackwater Coffee & Café has been proudly serving the community with freshly brewed coffee, handcrafted espresso beverages, and made-to-order breakfast and lunch options. What began as a small neighborhood coffee shop in Maple Plain has grown into four locations across the Twin Cities, now serving guests in Maple Plain, Minnetonka, Downtown Minneapolis, and Champlin. While we have grown over the years, our mission remains the same: to provide high-quality drinks, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere where people can gather, work, and connect.
