Fine I’ll explain. We use fresh ground beef, hand balled and pressed, never frozen patties, a toasted salt and pepper bun.

Hickory Bacon makes everything taste better after all. You should try the Jalapeno bacon though, trust me its worth the dollar. What? Commission? I don’t know what you’re talking about. Really though the Jalapeno bacon is fire.

Finally, Something that actually requires a description! Cajun seasoned patty, Bleu cheese crumble, sauteed Onions, Pepper jack cheese. Excellent if you like a bit of heat.

Okay hear me out. Peanut butter on a burger might not be the first thing that comes to mind as “Yeah! that sounds great!” but trust. Its DELICIOUS I love this thing, we make the whiskey bacon jam ourselves and its amazing.

If you’ve never had a patty melt before, its a burger patty on rye bread with sauteed onions and American and Swiss cheese melted together. But is it a burger or a sandwich? Our vote is burger (hence its in our burger category) but tell us what you think!

The humble chicken sandwich. Honestly if you haven’t had one of these its probably something to brag about because how have you managed that? These things are everywhere. Our version has a chicken breast with Montreal chicken seasoning, bacon, swiss, and mayo.

Spinach? Artichoke hearts? Chicken? Sounds like health food until you realize how much cream cheese there is elegantly bringing it all together.

Do you want a chicken sandwich but don’t want to pretend to be healthy about it? Chuck it in a deep fryer with breadcrumbs on it, slap some swiss and hickory bacon on it and now you’re cookin. Well not really, that’s what we’re here for.

Gee, I wish I knew what was on here but I just don’t know what BLT stands for, what a shame. Maybe its some combination of bacon, lettuce, and tomato on Texas toast, probably mayo too so its not dry as a bone.

I had to rethink some of my life choices after tasting this for the first time. I wasn’t aware food could taste this good. Brisket that melts in your mouth, smoked with our own custom blend of seasonings and personal mix of wood chips, all in house. Topped with Provolone and served with Au Jus to dip, not that you needed more.

Same melt in your mouth Brisket as the French Dip, now with added peppers and onions, not quite a traditional philly, but don’t tell any Eagles fans, ours is better.

8 oz. with a side. Turns out you can do lots of things in nugget form, not just chicken. The process is remarkably similar too, cut (insert meat here) into chunks, batter, and deep fry.

Especially these, with our house patented (not yet actually) seasoning and wood chip blend combo and slathered in BBQ sauce, if your plate doesn’t look like a murder scene when you’re done are you even eating ribs right?

Contrary to the name, its not made of buffalo! (too expensive) However a buffalo sauce base with...drumroll please...chicken! Also includes bleu cheese crumble, and a ranch drizzle after cooking

……….oh were you waiting for me to explain? Its a taco, in pizza form. That’s not even a joke, swap the pizza crust for a tortilla shell and roll it up and its literally a taco.

Pulled pork, and brisket on a pizza. If those two words weren’t enough to get you to order it, I don’t know what to do with you. Other than tell you it also has BBQ sauce base and a hot honey drizzle.

If only there were some acronym that would help me understand what is on this Bacon Lettuce and Tomato Wrap? What? There’s Cheddar too? But there’s no letter for that!

I tried to call this the CBR wrap like the BLT that came before it, but apparently that acronym isn’t recognizable to enough people. I may have been in the restaurant industry too long. Like how spinach artichoke dip is just spin dip to me. What was I talking about again?
