Our Oktoberfest has the sweet aromas of toffee and caramel everyone loves about an exquisite Oktoberfest beer. It has a deep golden color highlighted with amber. This German beer is not too sweet nor too bitter, and you can sense a malty nose balanced with floral hops.

Our New Zealand Pilsner is a pale lager that combines some of the great attributes of Pilsner and Kölsch with the modern twist of New Zealand hops. It is pale, dry, golden in color, and clean fermented, allowing for the characteristically tropical, citrusy, fruity, grassy New Zealand hops to shine.

Cadejo Negra is a Munich Dunkel-style lager with some fascinating and complex flavors. It is a dark lager with a rich flavor that is well-balanced, with a subtle hop bitterness that complements the sweetness of the malts. The combination of Galena hops and caramel and black malts contributes to this profile, though you may be surprised that it remains a medium-bodied beer.

Our Czech Pilsner is bright with a flavor profile that’s a balance of soft malts with the spicy, floral Saaz hops and sometimes some good grassiness. There’s a bitterness that’s more bracing than aggressive, but the finish is nice and clean.

This O.G. West Coast style IPA is aggressively hopped, which showcases resinous, citrus, and piney aromas and dry hop flavors of overripened Lychee and tangerine peel. Packing a punch at 7.9% ABV it includes an array of hops that support it's Mosaic and Citra backbone.

For this version, we put a truly southern spin and added pecans throughout the brewing process to add a praline note. It has a deep golden color highlighted with amber. This German beer is not too sweet nor too bitter, and you can sense a malty nose balanced with floral hops.

A Thiolized IPA is a hop-forward beer brewed with special yeast strains that unlock thiols—highly aromatic compounds naturally found in hops and malt. These thiols create intensely fruity aromas like passion fruit, mango, guava, and citrus. The result is a bright, juicy IPA with amplified tropical character, soft mouthfeel, and a vibrant, modern hop profile.

Screamsicle Ice Cream Ale is an international award-winning cream ale with generous additions of pure Madagascar vanilla bean and sweet blood orange puree, and milk sugar.

Our newest IPA experiment is alive!!! It is a great blend of the hops and malt sweetness in this beer. Some biscuit notes. Nice orange, mango, pineapple, and melon-like fruit sweetness. The bitterness kicks in to balance the sweetness and is a nice addition without making this too bitter. The beer is crisp and bright through the finish. Each quarter a new variation will emerge, highlighting a single hop that we love!!
