To prefer; treat with partiality. Riwaka hops are one of our favorite varieties from New Zealand because they have beautiful tones of tropical fruit, sweet grass, and slight dankness.

A deliciously malty English Style Mild. Strong aromas of malt and hints of chocolate give this beer flavors reminiscent of a Tootsie Roll.

Propel is our take on a dry-hopped Pilsner. We used a Step Mash process in order to really improve head retention and create a smooth, crisp mouthfeel. Dry-hopped with Citra Hops for a citrus forward flavor.

10% For our Carnival themed Anniversary Party we took our Imperial Seltzer and added some subtle Cotton Candy Flavors to it. Served with some real cotton candy to add some color and sweetness this Imperial Seltzer is like a Carnival in a glass. Cheers to 2 years!

We wanted to make a beer that could pair well with the delicious flavors of a good turkey dinner so we decided to make a delicious Brown Ale. This beer pours a dark brown color with a firm tan head. This ale has notes of toffee paired with an ever so slight roast flavor. These paired with the hints of nuttiness and the crisp but full body make this beer a good pairing for any meal.

7.9% Seek the delicious pine and passionfruit notes in this enjoyable Hazy India Pale Ale, which was brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops.

This installment of our Aspirations Series is a Hazy Pale Ale. This beer was dry hopped with Mosaic, Krush, Nectaron, and El Dorado. It gives off alluring aromas of orange, mango, pineapple, and a slight hint of dank. With its tropical flavors and approachable ABV, this beer is enjoyable all the time.

This Weizenbock comes with a strong wheat beer and banana aroma. Flavors hit you with a hint of caramel and cracker then finishing with pleasant banana and pommes on the palate. Reminiscent of some fresh delicious banana bread! Enjoy!

7.6% ABV - A delicious blend of light malt and hop flavors with just the right amount of juiciness. Wish uses thiolized yeast to provide tremendous grapefruit and citrus notes.

8% ABV - Four hops (Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic, and Galaxy) in the pursuit of the perfect blend of fruit, bitterness, and earthy flavors. Enjoy tones of peach, citrus, and herbs.

A fan favorite is back! Maple Vanilla is fermented to dry and smoothed out with a beautifully balanced hint of local Finding Home Farm's maple syrup and vanilla.

4.8% We brewed this beer keeping Cinco de Mayo and summer drinking in mind. We used a traditional Mexican lager grain bill with a high percentage of maize and used a burst of Motueka hops. This beer is pale straw in color, has a nice light mouthfeel, and comes with a smooth and pleasant flavor. Drink with a lime or all on its own, this beer is definitely crushable in the sunshine.

Cherry Hard Seltzer 6-Pack

6% ABV - A clean and crisp American-style Lager brewed in honor of those who strive to be better today than they were yesterday.

We used a traditional Mexican Lager grain bill with a high percentage of maize and used a burst of Motueka hops. This beer is pale straw in color, has a nice light mouthfeel, and comes with a smooth and pleasant flavor.

One of our first Mixed Culture Sours. Fermented with a blend of Brett cultures and finished with over 200# of Morello Cherries from Fix Bros. Farms in Hudson, NY. Pours with a pink hue. Sour and enjoyable finishes with a punch of cherry flavor.

For this beer we took our Belgian Quad base then aged it in Tawny Port barrels for 2 years. The resulting beer has subtle flavors of oak, plums, and raisins. Classic Belgian flavors are abound on the palate.
