4.8% We brewed this beer keeping Cinco de Mayo and summer drinking in mind. We used a traditional Mexican lager grain bill with a high percentage of maize and used a burst of Motueka hops. This beer is pale straw in color, has a nice light mouthfeel, and comes with a smooth and pleasant flavor. Drink with a lime or all on its own, this beer is definitely crushable in the sunshine.

This beer brings the flavor! Made with Wai-iti, Riwaka, Citra, and Nelson Sauvin hops this Hazy IPA is bursting with flavors of Mango, Papaya, Orange Marmalade, sweet grass, and stone fruit. A soft pillowy mouthfeel rounds out this flavorful hazy IPA!

Cherry Hard Seltzer 6-Pack

6% ABV - A clean and crisp American-style Lager brewed in honor of those who strive to be better today than they were yesterday.

We used a traditional Mexican Lager grain bill with a high percentage of maize and used a burst of Motueka hops. This beer is pale straw in color, has a nice light mouthfeel, and comes with a smooth and pleasant flavor.

One of our first Mixed Culture Sours. Fermented with a blend of Brett cultures and finished with over 200# of Morello Cherries from Fix Bros. Farms in Hudson, NY. Pours with a pink hue. Sour and enjoyable finishes with a punch of cherry flavor.

For this beer we took our Belgian Quad base then aged it in Tawny Port barrels for 2 years. The resulting beer has subtle flavors of oak, plums, and raisins. Classic Belgian flavors are abound on the palate.
