Our green beans are cooked on our barbeque pit to give it that excellent smoked flavor.

Our baked beans are cooked on our barbeque pit to give it that excellent smoked flavor. The beans also include ground beef.

Mixed greens ( turnip, cabbage and mustard) cooked with turkey butts and necks. Seasoned with Brown's BBQ Shack "Jungle" (all purpose) seasoning.

Classic potato salad made with mayo and mustard

Giving a spin on your normal everyday coleslaw. Ours includes carrots, collard greens, brussels sprouts and broccoli with a light drizzle of lemon herb vinaigrette.

(Serves 3) 1/2 lbs brisket, 1/2 lbs smoke sausage , 1/2 of chicken with your choice of 2 pints side.

(Serves 4-5) 1lbs brisket, 1lbs smoke sausage with your choice of 3 quarts side.

(Serves 6-7) 2lbs brisket, 2 lbs smoke sausage , 1 slab of ribs with your choice of 3 quart side.

(Serves 7-8) 4lbs of meat of your choice and with your choice of 4 quarts side.
