We butcher whole filet’s in house. We recommend it cooked pink. Place it on a bed of fresh greens, sweet cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, a hardboiled egg, shredded cheddar cheese and our fresh cut fries really puts the “Pittsburgh” in this salad.

Slow cooked and delicious pot roast over grilled Texas toast with a large side of fresh cut fries. We put our homemade gravy all over it all!! You will need a fork, knife and a napkin for this one.

We slow slow SLOW cook our Corned Beef in house. This is the real deal. Bubba is a corned beef snob and he would not have it any other way. Never store bought corned beef here! Almost a half pound of corned beef topped with Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and 1000 Island Dressing on freshy marble rye bread.

10oz house cut prime sirloin, served with a side of grilled zucchini and garlic mashed potatoes. Our Burghers are all steak, so why not have a steak on our menu???
