A Cappuccino is a 6 oz drink. Traditionally it will be equal parts Espresso (2oz), Steamed milk (2oz), and foam(2oz). Dry = More foam. Wet=More milk.

A cortado is a 4 oz drink consisting of equal parts steamed milk and espresso.

Our Espresso is a double shot (2oz) of Caravan Coffee's Capstone Blend. It's their Flagship espresso blend. Roast: Medium Tasting notes: Citrus, Sweet, Milk Chocolate.

Both our 8 oz and 12 oz come standard with a double shot (2oz)

We serve a Traditional Macchiato which consists of A Double Shot of Espresso with 2-3 barspoon scoops of preferred milk type Foam.

Our Mocha's are made using Holy kakow chocolate. "Holy Kakow is a small team of folks working hard to create delicious organic chocolate sauces and coffee syrups while providing customers with top-notch customer service. A steamer refers to steamed milk typically with some type of syrup added. If someone wants a hot chocolate this is what you would recommend.

For an 8 oz use 1/2 oz syrup with a scoop of ice and top with lemonade. for 12 oz use 1 oz syrup with a scoop of ice and top with lemonade.

Our London Fog is made by adding vanilla, steeping one grey gardens with half water and filling it the rest with preferred steamed milk

This is a traditional tea. This chai is an unsweetened, spiced chai and the flavor is quite subtle. For that reason we are serving it in the 8oz size only. While taking the order, ask if they would like to add milk or sweeteners to their chai.  Steamed milk will be served on the side for guests to add to their preference.  We do not serve chai tea lattes. As we do not have a chai concentrate. Ingredients: Assam from hunwal estate, Cinnamon, ginger, Cardamom, Clove, Black pepper. Spices have been lightly ground to enhance flavor.
