108's signature Roasted Veggie mix (sweet potatoes, black beans, corn, bell pepper, kale, onion, and jalapeno with cumin and paprika, salt and pepper) cooked a la plancha served on a half-moon quesadilla with egg, cheddar, and avocado. Comes with a choice of sour cream, garlic aioli, or hummus.

Cafe 108's build-your-own omelette. Base omelette includes 3 pasture-raised eggs and a topping of oven-roasted tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Includes a choice of (2) of the following: cheese, spinach, or mushrooms. Comes with a side of toast. Bacon, sausage, and other delicious add-ons are available for an additional charge.

This light, fluffy waffle comes with butter and maple syrup. Make it your own with plenty of toppings!
