Double shot of espresso. Cortado is a Spanish term that means "cut" or "to cut." This coffee beverage is made by pouring a shot of espresso into a small cup and adding equal parts steamed milk.

We serve the Americano with a double shot of espresso combined with hot water. A easy trial of the espresso if you are used to drip coffee.
