Why is our queso so good? The secret is we use real Monterey Jack & cheddar cheeses, fresh, not processed. We use roasted green chiles, onions, tomatoes and spices. The graininess in the texture is from the cheeses separating. This gives the queso a nutty flavor and makes it unique to other quesos. Topped with sour cream, green onions and a pinch of ground red chiles.
