Better than house coffee, the Americano is what you will get in many countries if just looking for a cup of coffee. Espresso shots diluted with hot water, the Americano is the freshest cup of regular coffee you can get since it doesn’t sit in a pot after being made.

A Cristero medium Black Eye is 2 shots of espresso and 8 ounces of percolator coffee. A large Black Eye is 4 espresso shots and 11 ounces of percolator coffee.

A cappuccino is 2 shots of espresso (large is 4 shots) with equal parts foamed and steamed milk. So less foamed milk than a macchiato but with some steamed milk so halfway between a macchiato and latte but also more espresso than the other two. This drink is named for the capuchin monks of Italy (similar to our Franciscan Friars) whose shaved heads were white in the middle with dark hair all around. A proper cappuccino places the espresso in the cup first followed by milk in the middle so the ring of brown around the edges. You can add any flavor to include caramel, salted caramel, vanilla, chocolate, white chocolate, Irish Cream, cinnamon and brown sugar or hazelnut. You can also request extra shots of espresso for a more powerful espresso drink.

Brewed cold overnight for a minimum of 8 hours and never heated, Cristero’s Coffee cold brew is a smooth and refreshing beginning to any morning without espresso. You can enjoy it black (picture left) or with your choice of milk or milk substitute topped with whip cream (picture right).

We serve the traditional Italian cortado of one part espresso to one part steamed milk (50/50). Like the flat white, this no-non-sense coffee drink is seldom decorated with whip cream and sugary drizzles or can even fully fill a 12 ounce cup since the balance between the coffee and the milk is everything to the cortado connoisseur.

The perfect shot of Latino espresso freshly ground coffee with lots of cream on top. Doppio is double meaning two shots or 2 ounces of espresso.

We never serve drip or paper filtered coffee, we only percolate our house coffee with the highest quality Latin roast espresso beans for a rich smooth taste without the bitterness.

Cristero Coffee’s perfect medium latte doesn’t require any sugar just smooth espresso blend roasted beans espresso shot, around 8 ounces of steamed milk and 3 ounces of foamed milk. Of course, we are happy to add your favorite flavor plus whip cream upon request or extra shots of espresso. Showing hot, our latte is available hot or iced for take-away in in a glass mug to consume onsite.

Available regular (hot) or Iced (cold) Cristero’s cappuccino has two shots of espresso and lots of foamed milk topped with whipped cream (if requested) along with most any flavor to include caramel, salted caramel, vanilla, chocolate, white chocolate, Irish Cream, cinnamon and brown sugar or hazelnut.

Hot or iced mocha (picture shows a medium hot mocha left next to a medium iced mocha in our take-away container) Our mocha coffee drink contains espresso, chocolate flavor plus steamed and foamed milk topped with whip cream and chocolate drizzle if you wish. Of course, you can have it prepared anyway you prefer including alternative milks and sugar free chocolate.

A first responder favorite, the Red Eye consists of espresso and percolator coffee creating a powerful cup of coffee but not as extreme as the Black Eye.
