This medium-roasted blend is so good and describes us so well, we named our company after it! Beans from the world’s main coffee-producing areas Africa, Asia, and Central America are blended together to produce a naturally sweet and spicy taste. Our Lead Roaster describes it as full of honey, orange, and milk chocolate.

A delicious and well-balanced cup with all the taste without the caffeine and light roasted. Our decafs are made using a “Mountain Water Process,” which requires about 15 hours to remove caffeine without the use of chemical solvents. As with all of our coffees, it is 100% organically grown - part of our expanded definition of quality. Tasting notes: dried fruit and honey.
