American Lager / 4.8% ABV - We're kind of nerding out on the lack of ability to nerd out on this style. That's not to say that the classic American Lager isn't a great style, we absolutely love Lager in all forms, but a classic American Lager is one of those styles where every little flaw screams to the heavens like Sam Kinnison on a booger sugar binge; but when cared for like an injured bird, and coddled day by day, you can get these Lagers to be simply incredible. Packed to the brim with subtleties and nuance Radios & Rodeos is about as crispy as a Lager can get with a mild graininess and hint of sweetness on the palate that dissipates with with every little explosion of Co2 on your taste buds, unlocking more subdued notes of white pepper, corn flakes, juniper leaf, magnolia blossoms, cheerios, and Americana.

American Pilsner / 5.0% ABV - Crisp, clean, and crackery with complex classic lager notes and aromas of peony petals, toasted crackers, fresh hay, and white peach skins.

Watermelon Lager / 4.8% ABV - A crisp, bone-dry German-style lager brewed with real watermelon juice. Fresh-cut watermelon leads the way, balanced by crackery malt character, subtle noble hop notes, and a clean, refreshing finish. Bright, effervescent, and exceptionally drinkable, this thirst-quenching lager is made for warm days and easy sipping.

Excellent Pickle Lager / 4.8% ABV - A refreshing and crushable beer combines the bright, crisp taste of an American Lager with the zippy acidity and salinity of pickles, finished with delicate pickle brine spices. Westcoast IPA / 6.6% ABV - If 30th street in San Diego were a church, we'd be devout followers, inspired by the iconic hoppy beers of north county and the innovative second wave of IPAs from San Diego in the 2010s. Middle Out Westcoast IPA, a reimagined version of our favorite IPAs from that era, is a hyper-dry India Pale Ale with minimal malt character and a sharp focus on hop aromas. It bursts with flavors of ruby red grapefruit, peach rings, citrus blossom, passion fruit puree, lychee, pine, mango juice, and a hint of sauvignon blanc, showcasing the harmonious interaction of Simcoe, Amarillo, and HBC586 hops.
