Brewed with German Pilsner malt and German Tettnang hops, this Northern German Pilsner was cold fermented for 3 weeks before being lagered for an additional 8 weeks. We then naturally carbonated with a technique called spunding which lends to a smooth rounded mouthfeel and scrub. Expect a balanced light beer with a dry finish and frothy head. This lager was "sampled" heavily from the fermenter and is one of our favorite to date. This is what we want to highlight in our lagers, simplicity and technique driven clean and bright and something we will drink for any occasion.

Coming in at over ten percent ABV, this big hefty stout is certainly going to warm you up. This stout was brewed with 2-row base malt and a complex blend of crystal malts, dark roasted malts, and a modest portion of flaked oats. All of these different aspects came together to give us a roasty, caramel, and bittersweet dark chocolate flavor profile with coffee and nutty aromas wafting off. Although it has a high ABV, a nice residual sweetness remained to let this beer finish smoothly without the intensity of boozy high alcohol. It is a great slow sipper because as your drink warms gradually in your hand, a new range of aromatics begin to appear beneath the initial scents. Only a small amount was made, so enjoy while it lasts!

Brewed with a classic English malt bill of Maris Otter and Golden Promise, Back Roads is an easy-drinking pale ale with a smooth, slightly toasty backbone. Traditional hops like East Kent Goldings and Willamette bring soft earthy, floral notes that round out the profile without overpowering it. Balanced and approachable this is a beer that leans gently malty with just enough hop character to keep things balanced. All crafted with ingredients sourced from across the pond. Cheers, bruv.

This GABF award winning Scotch Ale features rich notes of caramel malt combined with yeast derived expressions of plum and orchard fruit

From The Heart Vol. 6 is this years version of the statewide OCBA collaboration brew to celebrate Ohio Beer week. This year's recipe, a sessionable Country Lager, was developed by Kevin Ely from Wooly Pig Farm Brewery and adapted to reach the participating breweries across the state. A combination of pilsner malt, vienna malt, and wheat malt is a nod to English style session beers of old. This beer was hopped with a proprietary blend from RahrBSG to bring an element of punchy stone-fruit aroma.

This beer is built around rich chocolate, coffee, and warming spice. Cocoa nibs, lactose, cinnamon, orange peel, and fresh-crushed nutmeg create a silky, dessert-like body, while Deeper Roots Alchemy Espresso layers in deep roasted coffee character. A carefully balanced six-pepper blend (árbol, ancho, guajillo, pasilla, chipotle, cascabel) adds warmth rather than heat. Brewed on a base of English malts with just a hint of vanilla, the result is spicy, sweet, and complex, with lingering chocolate-coffee depth.

Grisette is a traditional, low-ABV farmhouse ale that drinks incredibly light and crisp, showcasing the complexity of our house sour culture. Equal parts tart, funky, grassy, and lightly phenolic, it delivers a layered yet highly refreshing profile rooted in classic brewing tradition. Endlessly drinkable and delicately expressive, this beer offers a refreshing departure from the expected while remaining balanced and nuanced.

This straightforward Oatmeal Stout combines roasted malts with creamy oats for a balanced dark beer. Maris Otter malts form a toasty, biscuity base, complemented by layers of dark chocolate, coffee, and a hint of caramel sweetness. The oats add a silky mouthfeel, softening the body and rounding out the flavor with a touch of nuttiness. This sessionable stout satisfies dark beer cravings without being overly sweet or boozy.

This Mexican-style “Clara” lager was brewed with Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, and flaked corn before being hopped with Tettnanger hops. What makes this style special is the addition of corn to the grist which contributes a smooth texture to the soft white bread-like malt character. Expect highly drinkable pale lager with a clean finish and brilliant clarity.

Before haze took over, Double IPAs were big, bold, and had bitterness. Old School Cool leans into that assertive structure, pairing elevated ABV with a firm malt backbone and classic pine and citrus from Centennial and Azacca hops. A modern enzyme addition during dry hop enhances tropical aromatics, giving this powerhouse a fresh edge.

A brotherly collab from our brewer Jake and his brother Beau, brewed to bring together the best of IPA. Built on two-row barley and flaked wheat for a smooth, creamy body with balanced bitterness. Double dry-hopped with Cryo Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin, then finished with fresh Waimea hop kief and cold-pressed hop juice. Expect a blast of tropical fruit, pine, and citrus peel in a juicy, hop-forward pour.
