We generally recommend 1-2 cream cheese tubs per dozen or 1 catering cream cheese for 3 dozen. We also have a catering limit of 5 dozen per order.

Lox platters come with lox, cucumber, onion, capers, dil,l lemon, mini tongs, on a compostable tray that comes out of the box! The XL includes a full side of salmon weighing approx 2.5 lbs. Amounts of veg increases proportionally with amount of lox. A standard portion of lox is ~2oz/person. You know your group best about how many will want lox and how heavy or light they'll go on their portioning. Also consider whether you'd prefer to run out or have leftovers when deciding your platter size.
