All of our burgers are served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. Feel free to add or remove toppings to make it just how you like it. Our specialty burgers are crafted with intention and come as they’re beautifully built — we’ve set the standard for a reason. While they’re still customizable, we recommend enjoying them the way they were designed. Dig in and enjoy.

Our sandwiches feature Genova Milk Roll, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo and BBQ Sauce. Most signature sandwiches feature same bread but vary on ingredients.

Kids meal comes with a kids drink and fries, (you can choose adult for a little more ounces. ) Tots can be substituted

Half-pan and full-pan orders require advance notice to ensure proper preparation and quality. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ lead time for all large-format orders. With prior approval, 24-hour notice may be accommodated based on availability. Please note that brisket and pulled pork are overnight cooks, requiring additional time and planning to deliver the level of care and consistency we’re known for. Advance notice helps us honor the craft and serve you at our best.

If you do not have your own chafing dishes you may rent for your event. Set up, and pick up. Based on approval.

Catering Details: • Minimum of 12 total plates per order (any combination of packages). Example: 4 Package #1 + 4 Package #2 + 4 Package #3 satisfies the minimum — or any variation totaling 12. • 24-hour lead time required for all catering package orders. • Please let us know at the time of ordering if you will need serving ware, utensils, and/or napkins.
