Grandma pizza is a distinct, rectangular style of pizza attributed to Long Island, New York. Thinner than our Detroit Style. Typically topped with cheese and tomato sauce, it is reminiscent of pizzas baked at home by Italian housewives. Similar to Sicilian pizza, but usually with a thinner crust.
