We pushed all the boundaries of classic bavarians brewing, incorporating a double decoction, a floatation tank, open fermentation, horizontal lagering and krausening. This lager is brite as hell. ABV: 5%

Indulge in the allure of this inky black lager brewed in the style of a traditional schwarzbier. Don't let the darkness deceive you, as this beer drinks surprisingly light with pleasant notes of chocolate and coffee. When you drink Dark As Hell, you will see the light. ABV 5%

Inspired by the smoked beers of Bamberg, this Marzen-style lager utilizes a special smoked Munich malt from Sugar Creek malting. Fire and Bern(stein) is dark, malty, and intensely smoky.

Hoponius Union harmoniously combines lager yeast fermentation and West Coast IPA hops. Our India style Pale Lager is like a traditional IPA but with a twist – it’s fermented cold and aged for extended periods. A blend of classic American hops creates a huge tropical fruit and citrusy hop aroma. A dry finish accentuates the pleasant bitterness and hop profile. Like a cold glass of lemonade on a hot day. This slightly tart lager is fermented in stainless steel tanks with lavender, lemon juice, and lemon zest. ABV 4.5%

Brewing things the old school way is the "bock" breaking work. Maibock Hurts Like Helles is our take on a traditional Helles Bock. This unfiltered, golden lager is exceptionally drinkable for it's strength. A light noble hop character balances the smooth sweet finish. ABV 6.5%

German Style Wheat Beer with notes of Banana and Cloves ABV 5.0

Our brewers can develop interesting, complex, and flavorful beers by mixing traditional German lagers brewing techniques such as decoction mashing and using Noble Hops with newer brewing techniques such as coolpooling.
