Kajiken began in 2010 in Nagoya, Japan when our founder, Kaji Kenichi, stumbled upon Aburasoba. At first bite, he was overwhelmed by the complexity in flavors and textures from such a simple looking dish. It was clear his mission is to share Aburasoba with everyone in the world.
