BUILD: 1.5 oz Licor 43 1.5 oz Cold Brew Shaken and strained into a rocks glass, over a big cube PSA: Licor 43 and espresso/cold brew. SELL: A traditional post-dinner drink from Mexico. It's similar to an Espresso Martini, except it uses Licor 43, a 40% liqueur that features 43 different botanical flavors.

BUILD: El Cubico 3 oz Brown Label Batch Btl, Cubico 1 oz lemon 0.75 oz grilled pineapple Shaken and strained into snifter glass, half rimmed with cubico salt topped with fresh ice, spray sotol spritz to finish. PSA: Tobacco-infused reposado tequila, vanilla brandy, lemon juice, grilled pineapple juice. SELL: Been on the menu since Day 1. La Condesa staple, smooth and juicy with slight notes of smoke from the grilled pineapple and tobacco. Very unique and tasty.

BUILD: 2 oz cold brew 1.5 Patron XO coffee liqueur 1 oz altos reposado Shaken hard with lots of ice. Double strain into large coup glass (making sure there’s a layer of froth) Garnish with three coffee beans in the center PSA: Tequila, Cafe Liqueur, Espresso/Cold Brew, garnished with 3 espresso beans. SELL: Great post-dinner cocktail, or dessert.. with a tequila twist.
