750ml - ABV 27.1% Expertly crafted from our white rum base, our Coffee Liqueur is an exquisite blend featuring anaerobic processed Colombian coffee beans, expertly roasted and cold brewed by Dark Moon Coffee Roasters in Henderson. Enhanced with Belizean cacao, Mexican vanilla, and Unrefined Louisiana cane sugar, this liqueur stands out with its elevated proof of 54.2 and significantly reduced sugar content compared to most offerings on the market. The result is a rich, sophisticated flavor profile that delights the senses and elevates any cocktail experience.

Our Straight Bourbon Whiskey, milled, fermented, distilled and aged entirely in house is crafted from 75% corn, 15% rye and 10% malted barley. Being shaped by the unique advantages of our desert climate, at a minimum age of 2 years its profile goes far beyond its years

750ml - ABV 40% Crafted from hard white winter wheat and unrefined Louisiana cane sugar, our Cane & Grain Vodka embodies purity and refinement. Triple distilled using our Carl copper pot still with an 18-plate side column, this vodka achieves an exceptionally clean and smooth profile. Its versatile nature makes it an ideal base for any cocktail, offering a pristine and balanced flavor that enhances every sip.

Our Old Fashioned Kit contains our Straight Bourbon Whiskey, slow crafted bitters made in coordination with Bittercube, Dress the Drink spiced Demerara syrup, dried oranges and a recipie.

750 ml - 47% ABV Our London Dry style gin was created by infusing our artisan spirit with premium botanicals, then distilled with lemon and grapefruit peel creating a nice citrus bump in flavor. It features juniper, coriander, angelica, licorice, lemon and grapefruit peel flavors.

750ml - 40% ABV Crafted from unrefined sugar and blackstrap molasses sourced from a single sugar mill in Louisiana, our Single Blended Rum is a testament to exceptional quality and craftsmanship. Double distilled in copper pot stills and a copper pot with a 4-plate column, this rum is meticulously married together to achieve a smooth, light-bodied yet flavorful profile. Perfectly balanced, it shines in a classic daiquiri and complements any cocktail you can imagine.

750ml - ABV 40% Carefully crafted using our white rum base, and blended with Blood Orange, Canela, Vanilla, Allspice, Nutmeg, Peppercorn, Clove, and lightly sweetened with Agave Syrup. Our spiced rum adds incredible complex flavor to all your favorite fall and holiday cocktails. It makes for a perfect base for a Cable Car, with it's rich spices and smooth light sweetness being perfectly balanced with the citrus and cinnamon.

750ml - ABV 63% Our Overproof Rum is crafted from 100% molasses fermentation and double distilled in copper pot stills, resulting in an exceptionally full-flavored spirit at a robust 126 proof. This rum is designed to add a powerful kick to any cocktail, delivering a rich, intense flavor profile that stands out in every sip. Only 300 bottled.
