The Maamos Kitchen team hand-harvested two bushels of apples at the Legend Hills Orchard, cooking them slowly on the stove top, running them through the food mill to remove the skins and seeds. Finished with just a touch of sugar and cinnamon. This sauce is sold in pint containers, which hold about four to six servings.

Four different cheeses, combined with a little mayonnaise, peppadew peppers and a few spices makes this spread addictive!
