Established in 2022, MEALZ by Adam proudly serves the Beckley, West Virginia community with fresh, flavorful meals designed to make busy lives a little easier — and a lot more delicious. Built on a passion for wholesome food and quality ingredients, we are committed to preparing balanced meals with no preservatives, nothing frozen, and naturally sourced sugars whenever possible. All meals are prepared fresh the day of your order because quality, freshness, and flavor matter.

With 22+ years of food and beverage experience, Adam is currently pursuing his Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification while continuing his education to better support customer health and wellness goals. Adam is also committed to accommodating a variety of dietary preferences and food sensitivities whenever possible, including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, low sodium, and high-protein options. Because all meals are prepared fresh each week, ingredient substitutions may occasionally be necessary based on availability. If needed, Adam will always do his best to choose the closest comparable option while maintaining the quality, balance, and flavor of each meal.

Pickup & Ordering: We offer convenient weekly pickups available on -- Sundays and Mondays -- for an stress-free week ahead. More spontaneous? No worries — orders can also be placed with a minimum (24-hour) advance notice for pickup.
