We aren't too interested in bold manifestos or style declarations - our goal is to make wines that we like. We've found that the kind of wines we like, and thus the wines we make, are executed with a natural approach that allows the vineyard to do the talking. That means instead of buying yeast, we culture it from the vineyard itself, with no other additives or enzymes. It also means as-little-as-necessary sulfur additions and aging all of our wines in barrels, with very little new oak. The minimalist, natural approach is a nice way of saying we do things the hard way, by-hand. The upside is that we end up with wines that we like. Wines that have acidity, structure, and balance that will brilliantly compliment dinner tonight, or be a worthy reward for patience after a few years in the cellar.

In the glass, the wine pours a pale, hazy amber-gold, reflecting its skin contact and gentle oxidative handling. The nose is intensely aromatic, bursting with jasmine, dried apricot, mango skin, and white tea. On the palate, it’s layered and dynamic—juicy tropical notes of passionfruit and guava swirl alongside stony minerality and a dry, phenolic grip. The Riesling lends precision and lift, while the Sauvignon Blanc dominates the aromatic profile with ripe fruit and herbaceous edges. The Pinot Gris rounds out the blend with textural weight and subtle notes of pink grapefruit, gooseberry, and dried peach. The finish is clean and slightly savory, with a lingering line of citrus zest and wet stone.

A perfect intro to “orange” or skin contact styles, this wine ends up somewhere between adult Tang and an Alpine day dream.

From the producer: Wonderwerk Big Orange 2024 is a distinctive natural orange wine from California, crafted by the innovative Wonderwerk winery. This unique blend features Chenin Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Malvasia Bianca grapes, all undergoing extended skin contact to achieve its bold, amber hue. Wonderwerk's commitment to low-intervention winemaking shines through in this adventurous cuvée, offering a dynamic flavor profile, rich texture, and lively acidity. The wine embodies the essence of California's diverse terroir, providing a memorable experience for those seeking something unconventional.

Lively bouquet of red berries, rose petals, and subtle herbal undertones. On the palate, it presents a crisp, dry profile with refreshing acidity and fine bubbles, culminating in a clean, invigorating finish that invites another sip.

Ruby in the glass with shimmering purple highlights. This youthful wine has a bright nose of fresh red fruit backed by a dusting of cedar infused minerality. Buoyant and fruity on the palate the Tire Pé Diem is packed with juicy red currant, crushed plum and sweet herbs. This is a pretty red with an easy fruity profile and a lingering finish.

Italian grapes planted in NorCal: Barbera and Nero d'Avola mostly with a sprinkling of Sangiovese and Molinara. Whole-cluster and only a baby amount of skin contact.

A blend of Pinot noir barrels sourced from all the vineyards we work with across a few of the Willamette Valley sub-AVAs, with vine age ranging from 20 to 50 years. Aged in predominantly neutral oak barrels, the point is to let the fruit shine. You will find classical Oregon Pinot noir characteristics of bramble fruit (think raspberries and blackberries), smoky leather, wet rocks, and mushroomy earthiness.

From the Producer: Cabernet Sauvignon from the Carneros region always maintains a striking freshness and acidity. The Cabernet Franc brings about bright red fruit. The Merlot contributes beautifully to the midpalate. The resulting wine is fresh, with bright juicy berry fruit and a touch of animal and spice characteristic of these Bordeaux-type varieties.

From the producer: Genre-bending, classification-defying and extra-planetary, our 2022 Astral blend is sure to have you headed back to the bottle to figure out exactly what you're drinking. This year's blend of red, white and rose from five different vineyards and five different grape varieties showcases the beautiful, ethereal qualities of the vineyards we farm throughout Sonoma County. Serve at room temperature or with a slight chill. You won't be disappointed either way.

For the love of Soif! This is a juicy and crushable blend of Syrah cofermented with viogner from 2021 which is blended with equal parts (minimal skin contact) carbonic maceration Cabernet Franc . It's bright & aromatic with of herbs de Provence followed by juicy red & blue fruit, a bit of bramble ...with a savory mineral finish. This wine comes from the The Dalles, just 25 miles east of our vineyard. Here, these varietals grow side by side and ripen together.

The Pinot Noir was 100% destemmed. Fermented on skins for three days. Aged in neutral oak for 5.5 months. Native fermentation, no fining, no filtration, no other modifications or additions except 20 ppm of sulfur dioxide the week before bottling. The Guardian Vital label is a new open-source label project (a la Brutal) in collaboration with Líderes Campesinas to raise awareness of vineyard workers' safety and rights. In order to gain permission to use this label, a strict checklist of both organic farming and responsible vineyard labor practices must be satisfied. Líderes Campesinas is an advocacy organiz

Rezabal's Txakoli Rosé is crafted with 100% Hondarrabi Beltza. It pours a gorgeous bright pink highlighted with a melon tint. This Txakoli rosé is slightly effervescent, emitting fresh fruit aromas dominated by wild strawberries. The palate is suave, well-balanced and captivating with delightful acidity that leads to an elegant finish. Perfect pairing for shellfish: shrimp cocktail, mussels in a spicy tomato sauce or baked oysters.

Bring It is a light, chillable red blend, 50% Pinot Noir and the rest Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Graciano, Syrah and Nebbiolo . Fermented with wild yeasts, no filtering and very low SO

This is a bright, electric mix of Pinot Grigio, Scheurebe, and Auxerrois. No skin contact here — just direct press ferments, done separately for each grape, then aged in a combo of neutral French oak and stainless to keep it clean and light. On the nose: a blast of refreshment with lemon zest and flinty minerality; on the palate: loads of citrus and salt. Preferably served poolside.

We hesitate to categorize this season’s “red blend” as a red wine because in reality she is so much more than just a chillable red wine. Made with a prismatic blend of red, white, rosé and skin contact juice, it’s really more of a kaleidoscope mashup of all of our greatest hits. It’s a joosy-juice as hell, jolly rancher as fuck, taste the rainbow kind of joint with deep red berry flavor, in a playful light-touch kind of way. This is exactly the type of thing you want to be sippin’ on a hot summer's eve, with a platter of cold cuts or a fresh-off-the-grill burga’.

From the producer: Wonderwerk Big Juicy is a vibrant, chillable red wine hailing from California. This natural wine is crafted from a blend of organically farmed grape varieties, including Montepulciano, Zinfandel, Chenin Blanc, Grenache, Torrontés, Alvarinho, and Verdelho. The Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration to enhance its fruity aromas and soften tannins, while the other varieties are fermented on their skins for varying durations to contribute complexity and texture. Fermented with native yeasts and bottled without fining or filtration, Big Juicy reflects Wonderwerk's commitment to minimal intervention winemaking, resulting in a wine that captures the essence of its diverse varietal composition and California terroir.

From the producer: Wonderwerk Marinara is a playful red natural wine crafted in California, focusing on varieties like Montepulciano, Zinfandel, Barbera, Aglianico, and Teroldego. The grapes are organically farmed in Contra Costa County. The winemaking process includes carbonic maceration and spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, followed by aging in neutral oak for 5 months. Tasting notes: Bright red fruit notes like cherry and plum, with savory tomato and earthy undertones. Its structure is medium-bodied, with fine tannins and a vibrant acidity​.

Wonderwerk x Mas Vino Please Como la Flor is a collaborative red blend celebrating Latinidad, created by Andrea Jaramillo and Wonderwerk. The wine comprises 40% Montepulciano from Contra Costa AVA, 20% Grenache from Lodi and Madera AVAs, 15% Malbec from Madera AVA, 15% Tempranillo from Alta Mesa AVA, and 10% Mencia from Lodi AVA. Each varietal ferments separately on skins for 1-2 weeks with twice-daily punch-downs. The Montepulciano undergoes carbonic maceration. The wine ages in neutral oak for seven months and is infused with steam-distilled organic rose geranium hydrosol, creating distinctive floral aromatics.

This feisty cider has a delicious crisp-apple flavor and a spicy kick from flaming orange habanero peppers. A hint of zesty lime balances the heat and rounds out this exotic drink. Try it in place of margaritas for your next taco night.

Pleasantly tart and beautifully cranberry-colored, this off-dry cider tickles your nose with the peppery, woody fragrance of fresh rosemary and captivates your palate with sharp notes of ginger.

A mix of heirloom, wild, and cider apples along with some of our signature Washington apple blend steeped with heirloom blueberries. Semi-dry, fruity, and full-bodied, with mild acidity and a dry finish.

Full on berry blitz! Our shrub inspired cider spritz is comprised of off-dry cider fermented from Northwest apples, blended with Blackberry, Boysenberry, and a kiss of cider vinegar.

Our Holiday seasonal cider is BACK! A festive libation made with cider fermented from apples grown in Washington, blended with a seasonal punch of crisp cranberry, and a piney citrusy Douglas Fir needle extraction helping you make your holiday spirit a little bit brighter.

Beautiful blush-rosé color, soft and smooth with aromas and fresh fruit flavors of strawberry, peach, cranberry, and a touch of pineapple. Made with 100% Mountain Rose apples grown by Kiyokawa Orchards in Hood River Oregon

Sharp apple cider base blended with a house made Quince extraction. Quince harvested fresh during the last week of October 2023 from farms in Oakville and Chehalis WA. This cider is off-dry with delightful floral aromatics, a slight astringency, and complex fruity flavors of citrus, pineapple, honey and a touch of vanilla.

A light, crisp, refreshing everyday drinking dry cider with a kiss a sweetness. Made with a blend from Washington grown Heirloom and Culinary apples.

Strawberry and Rhubarb commingled with a blend of hard cider from Northwest apples, a touch of sweetness and a shiny bright kiss of apple cider vinegar. A summer seasonal!

Cider macerated on red wine skins to create what Wild Arc is calling Apple + Grape Sparkling Wine. Call it whatever you like, this dry yet fruity delight never lasts long on your shelves. The apples are 100% Northern Spy with the grape skins being Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Gamay skins this vintage from the red wines that'll be released in the autumn. The combination makes for a surprisingly vinous beverage that is more than a colorful cider, really pulling the berry tones of the grapes as well.

A honey wine (mead) fermented in oak barrels with Duke blueberries. Luscious fruity and drinkably dry.

Flavors of dark chocolate, roasted hazelnuts, and vanilla Morning Sun is our version of a rich and delicious morning coffee. A coffee that will ease you into your day, with flavors that are familiar and comforting, from our Colombian coffee producers. Morning Sun is our darkest roast, but you won't find any smoky flavors, just chocolatey and familiar. It's comfortable and reliable, just like a morning sunrise. We use coffees that are grown in the Andes Mountains of Tolima Colombia. Small scale, family farmers, who grow organic coffees contribute to Morning Sun, and with our Fair For All practices these producers are thriving.

Matiz Gallego sardines are harvested off the coast of Galicia, known for its exceptional seafood. Traditional methods are used that respect the biological cycles of the species, as well as avoiding harm to other sea creatures. Lights are used to attract schools of sardines to the surface, where small nets await to bring them aboard the fishing vessel. Once harvested, the sardines are prepared by hand using old master cannery know-how and then packed with the highest quality ingredients to produce a sardine that is moist, tender, and uncommonly flavorful.

The Pacific Madrona (Arbutus menziesii) is a beautiful native tree that grows along the West coast on rocky slopes and in forest clearings. It's an exceptionally hard wood that is the perfect ingredient for cold smoking our mineral rich sea salt over two days. Use this smoked sea salt for adding depth of flavor to sauces, soups and for bringing the flavor of the BBQ inside.

Sunshine and seawater, the only ingredients in our mineral rich, solar evaporated sea salt.
