MOR's Sweet Island Rolls, or SIR, are created with Millet, Quinoa, Brown Rice, Arrowroot, and Tapioca and then instead of vinegar that is required in breads for a number of reasons, we switch up the mild acid by using pineapple juice. Yep, another version of MOR comparing a product to a national brand we enjoyed before. The big difference besides gluten-free is you can find all of our ingredients on a common grocery store shelf. That's what real, recognizable ingredients is all about. The SIR is sold two ways, in 4 packs - think sandwich size, or in 6 packs - think slider buns. In fact, the photo is of our family's creation of a ham and swiss slider recipe we shared at a gathering. They were delicious and so easy to create. I’ve really enjoyed expanding MOR’s Danish Bread line ever since creating our first loaf inspired by the Swedish Oatmeal Bread I baked back in the 1990s — back when everyone had a bread machine and wheat was still part of daily life. This baguette uses a different base than the other Danish breads, built on teff and millet flours, with caraway and orange peel for depth and brightness, and molasses as the sweetener. The result is a soft‑crusted, tender‑crumb baguette that’s perfect for dips, spreads, and summer snacking — especially with all the gatherings happening this time of year. A huge hit at the farmers market — we love watching little ones point to the chocolate goodness while parents smile as we share the magic behind them. These donuts began as a diabetic‑friendly recipe, then were reimagined to be gluten‑free and vegan, with reduced sugars and added fiber from flax meal for a better start to the day. MOR's Banana Quick Bread is a longtime customer favorite and has been part of our story since day one — it was a must‑have in our case when we first opened. When I was 10, I begged my Grandma Mary to let me help her in the kitchen. At that age one of my favorite things to eat was her spaghetti marinara and meatballs. Not "Cornbread" Mix - Over the years I've known many who cannot consume corn and this mix was created just for them.
